To be very honest, this is the most disorganized store I’ve ever seen. Anywhere. Ever. I love Play It Again Sports. I hope management can get this place back in shape. I bought a few things after spending quite a bit of time sorting through piles (yes piles) of stuff, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I just hope they can clean up and organize to help customers have a better shopping experience.

My wife and I bought a recumbent bike and a treadmill from this Play It Again Sports. Like all used goods you have to know what you’re looking for and look things over carefully. We were quite happy with the service we got and we’ll head back if we need anything else.

Called them looking for size 12.5 or 13 wrestling shoes, after Dick’s had none that size. Play It Again had several in these sizes so we raced there and bought a used pair of size 13 for $21! The people there were great and we are very happy with the shoes!
