Highly Recommend — From the moment I walked into the showroom and spoke with a KBS Associate, I knew I had made the right choice regarding my Master Bathroom Remodel (MBR). After my many questions, I felt confident with the responses, and thereafter was scheduled to meet with Serena, my designer, to discuss the overall process from selection of materials to install and a Project Manager (PM) to be determined. Soon thereafter, I met with PM EGE Bulut and the designer at my home wherein the project was estimated to take 2 to 4 weeks. Throughout the process, Ege was very attentive to my questions and/or concerns, and coordinated regularly with the skillful and professional crew assigned to perform the work. I want to thank Serena for her ‘design insight’ and Ege for keeping me calm throughout the entire install. I am very happy with my MBR ‘OASIS’.

Top notch Professionals! We highly recommend Chris Soldevilla (Designer at Kitchen & Bath) for his great vision for our bathroom. We highly recommend Kitchen & Bath company for remodeling our home. Ege Bulut (Project Manager Kitchen & Bath Shop) kept everything on track and was great to work with. Mr. Bulut kept us in the loop every step of the way. The installation went well, the crew was attentive and courteous, to my wife and I. We appreciate the job that was done reimagining our master bathroom and lower level power room.

I feel compelled to share my highly disappointing experience with the KBS, and the lack of responsiveness has left us frustrated.
Despite numerous attempts to obtain crucial project updates, the communication has been inconsistent and unfulfilling. KBS’ team delays and excuses have led to a lack of progress, hindering the project's success.
To exacerbate matters, despite expressing our dissatisfaction and seeking a resolution, KBS team responses have been evasive. We have attempted to contact the team for a refund due to the inadequate service provided, but our calls have gone unanswered.
This lack of responsiveness and failure to address the issue leaves us with no choice but to express our profound disappointment and warn others about the unreliable and unprofessional conduct of this service.
I strongly advise against engaging in any future business dealings with KBS, as my experience has been far from satisfactory.

I would highly not recommend going in here if you are a American female. I went in the location without my husband and they made me feel very uncomfortable attempting to up sale me items I did not need. The owner is very pushy and rude. I feel as if he spoke to me like I was a, "stupid American female."

Stopped in to see about a remodel for my home. I had many questions, and felt that I was bothering them by being there. It was around lunchtime, I assume food was more important then the money I wanted to spend. The owner was rude, and didn't have time to help, between the personal phone calls and conversations with other employees. Went elsewhere, and my kitchen is amazing!!!!

After moving into my new place, I knew that my kitchen needs an upgrade. The space is fairly small and the current furniture and fixtures do not make the most sense. After looking for quite some time for a team to do this project for me, I gladly found Kitchen and Bath Shop. They were very easy to communicate with and made every transaction smooth. They were very flexible in terms of the cost and still did a very impressive job. The outcome was spot on from the tile work replacement, and painting, up to the furniture replacements. The team made sure that I was included in every decision that they made. I surely recommend this team!

They are one of the most responsive remodelers in town. We were looking to remodel our kitchen and got in touch with the team. During our consultation, the team noted down our ideas and results were as per our preferences. The team was highly responsive, humble and did a great job. They even cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Shop for any remodeling project!
