“Milaya and I have been going to Dog Krazy since Jan 2023. Their staff is helpful, patient, and genuinely love dogs.I worried about finding a groomer that would be patient with my girls, Nyx and Milaya. Kristy and Chris are fantastic!! My girls LOVE them!!Dogs know good people and my girls enjoy all the staff at Cosners and their Downtown location. (We haven't visited the other locations.)I always recommend Dog Krazy when people ask me for a great place to bring their dogs.Edit: They also know of and recommend rescues for puppies and adult dogs looking for their special family! So if you are looking for a dog or puppy, be sure to ask them.”

“We had a very short wait time and the staff members were very welcoming. My dog is people selective and for each of her three visits, she was the calmest and least reactive. This was due to the staff members being very patient and calm with her. I’m so happy that we can get vaccinations without stress!”
“Who doesn’t like Tractor Supply? The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. During this visit, I witnessed a staff member ask a family if they had questions about the baby chicks. The children were very excited to learn.”
“Good pet store. They carried my specialty brand dietary dog food. Friendly cashiers that hooked me up with member offers at register. Wish they sold spill-proof dog bowls though. Great selection of dog toys and treats”
“I can trim my dog’s nails myself but frankly it’s a pain and takes longer than I’d like. I never have a problem getting an appointment that’s convenient to stop in for the all of 10 minutes it takes to do his nails. My dog loves the people there (if we are just shopping and he sees a groomer, he gets all wiggly and happy and has to say hi!) and they do a great job so we go monthly.”
“I am a volunteer who checks in on our rescue cats in the adoption area. The pet care crew at this store is top notch. They are very helpful when I show up and clearly care about the cats. They update me on any behavioral, emotional, or health issues the've observed. I often see them snuggling and sweet talking while feeding and cleaning cages. So please be patient with the employees. They are there for the same reason you are. They love animals.”
“There are many wonderful people at this petsmart. However there is one assistant manager who is not worth the time it takes to speak about him. Now for more positive. The pet trainer there is amazing. She has tamed the beast when it comes to my dogo argentino.”

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about animals, offering great advice on pet care and products. The variety of products available is impressive, from high-quality pet food to toys and accessories. I was particularly impressed with their fish department, which offers a wide selection of healthy, vibrant fish and all the necessary supplies to create a perfect aquatic environment. Additionally, their in-store adoption events show their commitment to animal welfare. My pets are happy and healthy thanks to Petco, and I highly recommend them to all pet owners!”

“A friend recommended a visit here for our girl Jasmine. We have fallen in love over our past few visits, the staff is so friendly to both humans and pups. Our girl has some anxiety with men and the male staff in the shop have had so much patience with her and gotten to her level to make her more comfortable. Before offering treats they ask about allergies. Today we had our first grooming appointment with Savannah and can not recommend her enough. Our girl can be intimidating as she’s a 70lb Pitt mix but will only lick you to death and is TERRIFIED of the dryer. Savannah listened to the concerns and placed her in a kennel dryer rather than dry her, helping reduce her anxiety. She also asked questions to make sure Jas was comfortable with certain things since it was our first time grooming there. Jasmine walked away and up the stairs and never looked back! Will most def be a repeat grooming customer. . ?”
