I'm writing this complain to bring to the attention of the unprofessionalism that I experienced at this establishment. I visited Perfect Ten Nails with a friend for pedicures and manicure. A nail tech by the name is Steven began my pedicure. I had just sat down and the manager comes up saying that if I was interested in a manicure I needed to go do that first because he has an appointment coming up. I kindly declined stating that I was here with a friend and that I didn't want to leave her behind; if we couldn't be sat together, I would just come back at a later time. Well Steven the person who was going to take care of my pedicure states he could remove my current set while I was getting my toes done. So I agreed to have him remove previous dip powder. Well this is when things went sideways. Both Men began arguing in their language and made the whole situation uncomfortable. Steven began by drilling my nails instead of soaking off dip powder. At which point I began to notice he was clearly intoxicated. Which is probably why the manager was trying to take care of my nails to begin with. He couldn't stay still and he was splashing water and acetone all over the place. He was clumsy and dropping everything around him. All the techs were clearly aware that he was not doing a good job and no one intervened. He tore up my natural nails which were long and applied globs of polish on my toes. I complained to the manager and he said "I told you". He did not tell me that Steven was intoxicated or that he was not qualified to perform his job. I explained to the manager that it was his job to dismiss his employee and not allow him to take on clients if he knew he should not have been on the floor. I feel as though this establishment need to be checked into and Stevens credentials need to looked into.

Not pleased. My mom went in to get her overlay taken off. KENNY was terrible. Once he found out that was all she wanted, he acted like he didn't have time for her. He didn't have her wash her hands after sittng in acetone. She asked if he would shape and file her nails. He said "No, you're done." He let her walk out like this. She will not be back.

Went in on Friday 2/2/24 and was sat immediately, older gentleman did my gel manicure, French gel manicure. He was very nice and engaging but my nails turned out awful.. it’s Tuesday 2/6/24 and they are pulling apart from my nails, to much gel used and it’s blobbed on every nail on the sides, I could have done a better job seriously, so disappointed.. Also cut my cuticles to bleed on two of my fingers. I was in town for business and wanted to treat myself, having them done over at my local nail shop this Thursday..$35 wasted

First I must say avoid this place at all costs!!! I went for a fill and 2 weeks later returned to have another fill and boom huge nail fungus ! Then to top it off my appointment was at 4:30 .I sat there until 6:30 . No one apologized or gave any discounts for the wait. The staff was insanely rude and unprofessional. So finally after getting home at 8:30 at night you would think that my nails would be flawless .. Nope nails were bubbling and the top coat was peeling off. So I went back in the am to have them fix ...she told me she had customers coming in and that she had no time. This place is trash and dirty .. Never come here .

My "go -to" spot! I love the workers, the environment. They are always busy so it's best to make an appointment. But, they do well. I prefer the owner to do my nails, his wife to do my eyebrows and his sister to do my pedicure. But everyone really is great. I'm sure I've worked with everyone by now. Very professional, very peaceful environment, very clean, very kind and happy.

Lin is an awesome person. Very outgoing and aims to please. We only go there because of her. Things go south when you start switching techs to complete what another tech starts. The price is too expensive for lack of quality. They leave polish all over your skin, polish is spotty and uneven. My skin was cut from filing too hard.
This was not how my experience started in the beginning. Everything was great but quality of service has declined tremendously over time.

There work is sloppy and they file to hard so hard until they made me bleed.
Mrs Lynn is gentle and kind and makes sure she doesn’t hurt me.

I went and the lady rushed on my nails when she finished the polish was lumpy and uneven. So I asked if she could redo them she hit my cuticles with the drill multiple times even though the first time she didn’t hit me once. They looked okay the second time but when I got home my pinky toe was already peeling.

More like a zero. I came in there was so excited to gave this nail spot a try. I sat down with Kenny. He started to file my nails I was trying converse with him, But nothing dry as a chicken breast.Then he asked to go see the lady that would do my pedicure. She was a super sweet. Then I came back to get Kenny and he starts to file my nails down with attitude and aggression. I pulled my hands away, and I asked for a different technician. The new technician was super nice. Very nice gentleman. The only thing was, I don’t like the shape of my nails, and he also made my cuticles bleed. I WOULDN'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ??.
