  Easy drop off but the location just charges you for what they want. Added an additional day called and the lady on the phone was rude and told me "oh, we can't fix that here"! I will say that penske did their part and credited the account and I am happy! Just hated the service at this drop off location!

  It's a home Depot so pretty standard quality of employees and service. The truck was brand new with only 400 miles on it and had all of the bells and whistles of a new car which was nice. We had reserved moving pads but we're disappointed when they had none and none for sale in the the store either. That's solely the reason for the three stars otherwise it would have been 5.
