Ann, the owner, did my nails ?today. Ann is so professional. She makes sure that the customers are taken care of.
I have been going to Venus Nails since they first opened. My favorite ladies there, Emily and Julie, always take care of me. From the wonderful pedicures and the beautiful designs from my nail technicians; I am always happy and relaxed.

Julie gave me a pedicure (walk-in) and I chose the deluxe for $55 + $20 for gel polish. The scrub portion was 6 mins each leg, I was in and out in 55 mins. My toes look beautiful, but I just feel $75 is on the expensive side for a pedicure.
Cleanliness: I could tell everything was clean and sanitized. Every tool was packaged, snacks and drinks were all Saran wrapped, and it felt very sanitary.

Tracy…thank you for saving my feet omg. Went in to get my nails done, decided to do a pedicure as well since it’s been ages, my heels were really dry & cracked and Tracy went above & beyond both on my manicure & my pedicure. My nails are SO CUTE. My feet feel so good. The only nail place I trust in Fredericksburg. Tip well yall, Tracy’s out here performing miracles.
Requested style: I asked for mid-short stiletto acrylics with gel manicure in black with a glittery green middle finger accent nail & they turned out perfectly! We decided to match my toes with the same green glitter gel on my big toe & the rest black gel.
Specialties: Got the deluxe pedicure with gel & it was fantastic. Definitely recommend spending the extra for deluxe!
Cleanliness: Very clean experience, nail tools were sealed in a sterile bag for my pedicure!
Stylist: Tracy was my tech & did an AMAZING job. She was very attentive, made me feel great, and was open to making changes!

Very rude When I went this week with my granddaughters the workers told my granddaughter behind my back to pick a darker color instead of white because her skin was too dark and it would not look good on her. When I complained the worker denied it happened and refused to change the color back to white because she wanted to go home She put no top coat over the nail and it was poorly done plus she didn't put any oil or lotion on her feet Most of the workers had a rude or dismissive attitude and had terrible customer service

Oddly the place charges $1 for using a card - credit AND debit. Fine. But they also don't take tips on the card. When I inquired, they said to use the ATM, their ATM, which also charges a fee "but it's only $1." My bank rejected me getting money from there assuming it was fraud so I couldn't tip the workers. Disappointing end to an otherwise nice visit.

The place looks beautiful, with lots of chairs and open space.
I went around 6 pm and needed to get my acrylics removed. They told me to sit at a station that needed to be cleaned up after the previous client. There were nail clippings and some dip powder stuck to the towel that was there. Anyway, she got my gel polish off and cut it to the length I was comfortable with, and I just asked if she could add some clear coat, but she put a sheer pink on them, which I’m not upset about. However, the application could’ve been better. I have a few nails with bubbles, and my ring finger has a piece of brown lint from the towel.

I recently had a pedicure and I must say that Tina is simply the best! Not only does she excel at providing top-notch pedicures, but she also has the amazing talent of adding acrylic toe nails to make them look perfectly natural. Her attention to detail and skillful application left me with beautiful and flawless toes. I highly recommend Tina for anyone looking for an exceptional pedicure experience.

My nails look beautiful but 2 days after having them done 2 nails cracked off at the tips. I went back and they replaced for free as they should, and now a 3rd nail has done the same thing. I simply scratched my arm and it popped off. Very frustrating considering how much they cost. I expect to get my nails done every 2 weeks not every few days!

Amazing service! Everytime I get my nails done there by TRACY I always leave extremely happy and I love with my nails!
