O'Reilly is my new "go to spot". I checked around for a battery for my Fiat and couldn't find one at Walmart/Advance for under $190. I checked online and O'Reilly had one for $89 and I got a military discount on top of that. Salesman installed it and I tipped him for doing it! Thanks O'Reilly!

I drove an hour and a half because I was told they had my part. When I got there they said we can't find it.. sorry. Ill never go back. Lesson learned, ask them to put hands on it before heading there.

The young man behind the counter was so kind and helpful. He helped me through the entire process of changing my light. He even taught me how to use a socket wrench without making me feel stupid. I will be back thanks to the service.

Happened that i bought a box of small fuses, and i opened it ( little bit)in front of the shop.(Didn't tear it up) to find out it is the wrong one. I gently asked if i can replace it with the right one. As it is still not touched or used.Simply they say they can't.Till here it is ok. It was my fault.But to find out later it is ok to return it.And everyone i know said it should be returned.I just hated that they didn't even asked me to check it out to see if (maybe)they can try to return it.
