“3/8/2024 My wife was on her way to work and tire pressure indicator indicated that the front passenger tire was down to 21lbs the day prior she went to firestone because tire pressure was 20 lbs. they added air and sent her on her way. NTB technicians went the extra mile and inspected the tire and discovered a large nail on the outside of the tire tread making it unrepairable a month prior firestone put a plug in the same tire. we later found out through NTB that the car has run flat tires and should not be plugged. NTB ordered a replacement tire and it arrived that same day. The customer service that we received from the entire staff was amazing. Jack, the service manager and Rick educated me on the pros and cons of the run flat tire. Their honesty, courtesy and professionalism was much appreciated. I highly recommend them for any service needs. FIVE STARS”

“In our way back from Florida to Canada, we had the bad surprise to find a flat tire in the morning of the 9th of May. We stopped at the Jiffy lube service center they explained to us that they were not equipped to repair tires, in my way to the car a young lady came out and said they could take a look at it, and if it was a nail they would try to fix it, and they did. I want to thank the staff of that service center for their help and the professional way they carry them self. We made it home safely thanks to them.”

“Chris and his team are absolute miracle workers...I needed new tires for my truck and went to another shop to order and install the tires. The shop could not manage to get the tires on the wheels so they used excessive amounts of tire mounting compound. THEN could not balance them. They gave back my truck with unbalanced tires and greasy nasty goo completely covering not only my tires but also my doors, fenders, WINDSHIELD, and even inside my truck bed. I could not go any faster than 50mph with out my steering wheel shaking out of my hands. My truck was undrivable and unsafe because oh how unbalanced these tires were. I took it into Tire Tread and the team discovered the last shop used so much compound that they filled the insides of my tires with it. I had about half a pound of grease inside each tire making them impossible to balance. Chris and his team fought like hell to remove the tires and scoop out all the grease and remount them. Ill admit my style of wheel can be difficult to get a tire on but it is nothing out of the ordinary nor would any passenger vehicle require the amount of compound the other shopped used. The customer service was great and they are very skilled techs. I could not recommend this shop enough.”
