There is a young man in the copying dept. who does an exceptional job.I wish I knew his name so he would not be confused with the other young man I can in contact with yesterday in the print center. Regardless of the fact that I had walked up to the print counter first another customer who walked in after me was helped before I was. Being from the civil rights era and 60 yrs old this was majorly offensive when I inquired with the manager on duty I was debated down about topics from race to respect for older people. I was shocked at the level of customer service and basically told it was my fault because my print job was not as large as the customer who had been serviced before me. I was given two pages free but the whole experience at my age and the level of disrespect from someone younger was rather humiliating. .My concern was addressed in front of other customers who had nothing to do with the incident.
The customer service at Chick-fil-a is obviously from a bygone era if this is how customers are treated at the Central Park Office Depot in 2024.

I was extremely excited about the exceptional customer service provided by Caio Olivera and Jocelyn Nixon. They went over and beyond to assist me in every way. I was proud that we still have employees who cater to the customer's needs in every way. I did not feel rushed, even though they had other customers. They were very attentive to my wants and needs. They provided exceptional feedback and resources for me to accomplish my objective efficiently. I will refer anyone to that location because of the exceptional customer service. with a smile and professionalism.

Diane Sutton, a very helpful Service Advisor, made my experience a pleasure and was able to tell me when one item that was out of stock would be back in. I didn’t even have to ask!! A pleasure shopping there.

Sarah and Ben were both very exceptional! I called for assistance with finding my items and Sarah agreed to search the system and then hold them for me. Upon arrival both Ben and Sarah were very welcoming and maintained an electrifying energy that is so rare to encounter these days! Sarah and Ben are two employees obviously ennobled by their values with a natural passion aimed towards helping people! They are both very solution oriented and principled people, who take responsibility for their customers needs and deserve a raise! They made for a perfect experience and saved the day!
