it was pouring rain and my car had an unexpected flat tire. I brought my car in, and in within minutes, they were able to get the spare put on and make sure everything was safe.The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and cared about our safety. They were not trying to sell us any products we did not need, literally only doing what they thought was best for us. Thank you NTB Fredericksburg

I can’t say enough nice things about everyone there. I got 4 new tires put on and a great price and very quickly. A few days later I took my car to get it inspected near my house where it failed and they tried to upcharge me and were completely rude. I came back to NTB who gave me a much lower price and got all the work done on my breaks and inspection the same day. I will never go anywhere else. Mike and everyone there are fantastic.
