I bought 8 large raised planters from them and after waiting for two months reached out to see what the word was. The rep told me days after my order, my order was cancelled and that they neglected to send out an email to inform me. I've had garden soil sitting in my driveway for 2 months. Thanks Northern Tool, your name is fitting.

Placed order in May. Six weeks later I get an email saying order is delayed. A week after I get another email saying to call or my order will be canceled. I call. They already canceled my order and now I have to wait for the item to be restocked. What a joke.

Very nice store - well stocked. Unfortunately, it is too far from my home to drop in for small purchases. I wish Northern Tool had a store in the Northern Virginia area in northern Fairfax County.
