Need a new receptionist. I’m on a hwy ramp stranded and she doesn’t know the rate that you all tow at? No one needs to give their all of their info when u know u start at over 100 to take me o e street over. Insane

We have AAA and the guys at this company helped us out! We thought our car was stuck pretty badly. This company came out in under the time they estimated, got us out in 20 minutes max, then left! Totally amazing!

Lady was very friendly and helpful and understanding, (police impound) She had cut me a little break just cause I'd mentioned when I called in the morning the day I had the money to pick it up that I had called to check on it the previous night and was very quick with getting me processed and out the door with my car again.

Our car broke down at 9pm on a Sunday, and Norma Jean Towing provided exceptional customer service. The operator was great. He took the information and said he'd have someone out to help us soonest, and followed up to let me know how long until the driver would arrive. The driver couldn't have been a nicer and more professional guy. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of to ease the burden of the stressful situation.Service: Car towing

Our van broke down along I-395 travelling north on Fredericksburg, VA. After AAA put us in contact with the towing company, Norma Jean Towing, they immediately took over and came within half an hour to assist us. We were towed 55 miles to Falls Church, VA. After making several phone calls to both locksmiths & road side service's; Norma Jean Towing was the only Company who was able to help. Just started my local company Virginia Inspectors LLC to only be put to a halt do to all finances being tied up at the time. Norma Jean Towing helped their neighbor when no one else would!
