Love this store. You can find just about everything you need from food to household for a quick trip. All the people who work there are very nice and helpful. The prices are decent on most items

My go to convenience store in the Fredericksburg area. They carry Korean products, too. It's one of the few places in downtown Fredericksburg with a parking lot so it's easy to get in and out.

Convenience of being near the water and having worms for sale but..I bought 2 boxes and 1 of the boxes was full of dead rotting worms. Check inside the boxes before you walk out of there.

Nader's Market is a small convenience store located in the heart of downtown. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a bit of a letdown. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The clerk behind the counter was unfriendly and didn't even greet me. It's a shame because a friendly smile can go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere. One of the first things I noticed was the high prices. I was expecting to find some unique Korean snacks or ingredients, as the store was rumored to be a Korean market. However, the prices were significantly higher than what I would normally pay at a standard grocery store. It seemed like Nader's Market was trying to capitalize on the hype of being a specialty market, rather than providing affordable options to their customers. It appeared to me that the store was purchased within the last year by another person who no longer continues with the historical values and friendliness as they pass owners. The limited stock was also disappointing. The store had a small selection of produce and a few aisles of packaged goods, but I was hoping to find more variety. I found myself walking up and down the same aisles, hoping that something new would catch my eye. One of the biggest disappointments of my visit was the fact that the sandwich and hot food dinner area was closed. I had been looking forward to trying out some Korean-inspired dishes, but it seemed like that wasn't an option. When I asked the clerk about the menu, he acted like he didn't speak English, even though he had been speaking English just fine moments earlier. It was frustrating and felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid answering my question.

Not really sure why the cashier locked the entry/exit door whilst I was in the store. This is your only option for convenience in old downtown, the range is good.

They buy Walmart bread, then re-sell it. I would be fine with that if the bread didn't have mold all over it.

I have been eating here for the past 4 years I've lived in downtown. Today my friends came in to town and I told them about this place. They said lets go. So we went and my friend asked two questions about the ramen. "What type of ramen do you serve and what is in it?" Those were the questions. The owner got an attitude and demanded we leave the store or he was going to call the cops. All over a simple question about ramen. Im not sure if he was having a bad day or what he was going through but the way he (the owner) spoke to us was unprofessional and uncalled for.Overall the food is great but the service is touch and go.

Nader's is a mix between a Korean food store and a gas station mart. They carry sodas, cans, some (almost empty) racks of water bottles, mostly only 6-pack beers, Korean energy drinks with ginseng, ice cream varieties, energy drinks, cold cuts and a limited amount of condiments, bread, liquor and some (sold out) lottery. Naders is a staple of downtown Fredericksburg. This once fine establishment is now an embarrassment to the community.
