This is my go-to shop to grab the wife gifts. They staff are super nice. They are not pushy. They are definitely not snooty. Their selection varies by season and they have limited selections; it is what it is. Expect to pay, but in return you are getting high quality. The brands they carry make quality clothes and jewelry. Have to plug the staff again. Super nice and welcoming to both women and guys. Keep up the great work!

Went in this past week and everyone was so kind and helpful! I came in for one thing which was a dress I saw on their insta and fell in love with it! Love how everyone had a welcoming smile! Will be back soon ?

UPDATE: I revised my rating after the response from the owner to my original review. I did receive a refund and employees were extremely understanding and gracious once I re-explained the situation. I greatly appreciate the response and how the situation was handled following my original review.I will never spend a dime at this store again. I purchased a turtleneck shirt there only to get home and realize it is completely unwearable due to the head-hole being 16 inches around when fully stretched. I immediately called the store and explained yet was given zero solution aside from being told they have a “final sale” policy on anything marked down which is not made clear at point of sale either verbally or by sign. Usually, I wouldn’t be bothered but no adult woman has a 16 inch head circumference. I now have a shirt that wouldn’t fit over the head of a toddler and while I understand having a policy, it’s dishonest to sell products that cannot be used.

Strange visit. Was only customer in the store & two women were working there. Not once did they offer to help me, even when I pulled the same blouse off the rack twice. I decided not to try it on as they didn't make me want to buy anything.
Looked like a nice store. They carry On Cloud shoes, which I love, but no one asked if wanted help, or to try anything on.

I always enjoy going into Monkee's and seeing what they have. I love the fact that they carry Vineyard Vines and Lily Pulitzer. I bought Lily Pulitzer items from this store. They sold me two dresses that I still love to wear from Tory Richard and Jade Melody Tam. The sales associates are always willing to help you out. The manager of this store is also friendly and professional.

Amazing customer service! I messaged the store (while they were closed) about the availability of a product. They responded right away, and sent me pictures of all available products in my size the next morning. Shipping was fast & free! Such an easy experience, highly recommended! Thank you Monkee’s!

I called this morning a couple of minutes before they opened because I was looking for a particular dress. They put it on hold for me to try on later in the day when I could make it into the store. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and noticed other shoppers. I asked about the dress, which was waiting for me. One of the employees put it in a room, it worked great (yay!) and we checked out. It was pretty busy at this point, but the employees were still cheery. This is not a large store but they have a great selection. I've only been in a few times but it's always been pleasant, so I thought I'd leave a nice review!

Love the merchandise in this store, but staff is not friendly and they didn't acknowledge my presence. This was not my first visit that someone didn't acknowledge me. I was one of three customers in the store today and no one greeted me when I walked in or as I browsed. I found a Tory Burch cross-body bag that I loved, but couldn't figure out how to open it. Not one employee offered to help, even after the other 2 customers were trying to help get the bag open. I would not have purchased that bag due to all the trouble getting it open, but I would have purchased a different Tory Burch cross-body if someone at the store had at least greeted me. Sad to say that I won't be giving this local store my business. I'll order the bag I want online.

I absolutely love this store! Everytime I go in I get great service and smiling faces! Every employee is so awesome and willing to help! Even during covid they adjusted to keep everyone safe but still provided the same level of service! Also all their stuff is super cute!

Outstanding shopping experience!In fact, the very best ever women's clothing shopping occurrence of my life.After years of painful shopping with my mother, sister, wife and now daughter; Monkee's has finally master the gig.Their "Wish List" program is BRILLIANT!!!My wife email me a link of stuff she likes, I forwarded it to this shop and soon thereafter; I picked up the gift wrapped presents.TOO EASY!Thank you very much!!!

This store is always immaculate and the staff is the nicest group of ladies! I may have to wait until there is a sale to shop, but they are still ready to help in any way! If I am looking for something, I will always try and get it from this store first to support them. Thank you for everything!!
