Customer service was outstanding. My wife and I came in with our newborn baby we were both extremely stressed we were paying over twice as much with Verizon. The store manager Yira was very patient and was able to Port our numbers over and really took her time assisting us and was able to get us two new phones. I highly recommend this location

Customer service was outstanding the two store clerks went above and beyond to help me and my grandmother they were so kind and patient with us we felt welcomed and not rushed they did an amazing job and we really appreciate them! I rate higher than 5 stars 10 stars for outstanding service ?

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a good experience signing up for new service that I feel compelled to leave a review. First off, as soon as I walked in I was greeted right away by a friendly smile. The employee's name was Yira, and she made the whole process of signing up and getting me activated a breeze. She asked all the right questions to figure out my needs and wasn't pushy or forceful like a car salesman. She had me signed up and making calls within 15 minutes of walking in! She was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of the questions I had about Metro by T-Mobile service. She also put my mind and wallet at ease by making sure we got only exactly what we needed and nothing more. This was the first time I had such a pleasant and smooth experience signing up for cell service! Thank you so very much Yira!!!!

I RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND HER NORMAL REQUIRED DUTIES The problems caused because of ATT'S Dishonest actions of giving false information by texting to Prevert her from connecting her clients new Cell service. She spent over 3 hours one day and had to spend 2 additional hours the next day before she could provide clients new Cell Service. I have never had such Horrible treatment from any cell company in all my 75 yrs. As A Vietnam Veteran. I find the was she (The Owner)was treated. To be Disposable. Sincerely yours Ken Duff.

I had several issues with losing my phone but but Wira the store manager was incredibly helpful and plasent to work with . She also went above and beyond being helpful to my needs being that I am not very tech savvy . I will continue to business with her and and hope she continues to manage this store location . She made it a much better experience dealing with having my phone stolen. Thank you Wira ! You were so helpful .

Yira was amazing. We came in to upgrade my sons iPhone and when she looked at my account and noticed I was paying an extra $25 bucks every month. I’ve been a customer since 2016 and she was the only rep to fix this. This lady deserves a raise.

Yira was a lifesaver today I came in desperate for a new phone & switch back to metro from T mobile bad phone experience and she took the best care of me ever!!! She recommended everything I needed from best phone and accessories along with switching me back to Metro Thank God for her. I will never leave again.
