Service always good in store but I took off for the fact that you always have to go there because the number online is wrong and I feel as a business they should update the information

I switched to Metro when I moved down here in 2019. Worst decision I made. Had Verizon or some form of Verizon for around 20 years so I had certain things expectations going in. The service is just flat out awful and the customer service just sucks…at this location. We dropped them and went with another provider about 6 months ago and couldn’t be happier.

I went yo upgrade my phone yesterday and the gentleman that helped me was amazing! He was patient and offered everything he had without being pushy. 10/10

I stopped by the store today, and Andrea was amazing. She was busy but still took her time with every customer while still making it personable and fast. she took the time to offer and bring my old man a chair to sit in so he’d be evolved in the conversation. i went to upgrade which i hadn’t done in a long so i had a lot of questions which she took her time with . she let me know what was available and which would be the easiest to manage and how the process was gonna go (which was pretty easy) she also let me know about the new WIFI and free tablets i had available. Her customer service and attentiveness was. 10/10

The workers here are so attentive and helpful in getting you what you need. They have great service, and also speak spanish which is great because it was easier for my parents to communicate. 100% recommend them!

Worse service and horrible attitudes if I could give them a negative stars I would its never open during the posted hours , the manager Andrea is unhelpful instead is more so I'm the manager attitude we went into her store and asked what the best financial options were to replace my 12 year Olds phone she took zero time to help or explain instead refused service quickly maybe she wanted to close for lunch because she appeared out of no where and no questions answered instead said go buy a phone at another store which I did and added a tablet to my account don't bother going to this store HORRIBLE make the drive to the next store
