The Medical Arts Pharmacy is the only place that I patronize. No matter what my doctor prescribes me, they always have it. Plus, the staff is exceptional. They know me by name and that means a lot to me. I highly recommend trying them yourself, and tell Julie, I said Hello.

I have been going to the M.A.P for a little over 2 years and I can say, I have used many Pharmacy in the past and there isn’t One that can compare to the Staff at the M.A.P, they are always Very Friendly and helpful to your needs, they are good people! Thank you M.A.P!

When ever I need any help, the Team in the Medical Arts Pharmacy is Always willing to help. When I walk through the door they always say "hi". Their customer service skills are "TOPS".

I have been a customer of the Medical Arts Pharmacy for many years. I have found them always helpful and courteous. Pharmacists are great to work with. Chuck has always had time to answer any questions I might have. And they know you by name when you walk in the door. Great Pharmacy.

The Front Staff is great 5 stars😠However, I am vexed that I dropped off my rx at 8:25, an come back at 9:45 to pick it up, to find out its not in stock, an that I have to come back tomorrow, which I won't be doing! The Pharmacist could have called an told me this!

I love the old time feel of this place. The people that work there are super. Don't change anything. Great service. Who wants to go to the large places where you are a number & the pharmacist don't care anything about you.

This place is perhaps the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. 1. They have horrible parking because they are inside of a hospital. 2. They hadn't started working on a prescription that I had sent to them 5 hours prior and I got to wait 30-40 minutes for them to fill it. 3. I had to pick up the remaining part of the prescription the next day and was told it would be ready at 1:00. I called them and told them I should be there at about 3:00 and even had a conversation with the pharmacist about getting flavor added to the liquid meds(which of course they don't do here). When I arrived at 3:00 they informed me that they didn't have the prescription and they would have to have me come back tomorrow. Nobody felt the need to telle when I was on the phone earlier?! 4. They don't include any cups syringe or anything with your meds. 5. I was told that they don't accept any sort of prescription discount plans and would not call to check to make sure. The place would be out of business if it were a stand alone business, but is likely funded by the hospital so will continue to offer poor service for years to come. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. They are horrible.
