I just purchased a vehicle and my would highly recommend Darien in Sales and Carol in finance. They both made the process as quick, easy and painless as possible. Darien did a superb job of being informative, but also unobtrusive.

I guess they only care when you have a survey. There seems to be issues with my new car. Reached out to the salesman multiple times and he hasn’t even bothered to respond. I thought Mazdas are supposed to be reliable but the issues started in less than a month. I don’t recommend buying a car here. They don’t seem to care once the sell is made.

We got a really good deal and a great warranty at this dealership. Things started out a little rocky but our salesperson, Chris Rosselle, was amazing. He found us the right car at a good price and worked really hard to get everything aligned. Eric Ellia made the financing and warranty part an absolute breeze. Good experience all around.

Seemed good until I asked them to clear out my 2017's roof drain. I gave it to them in the morning and they said they'd have it ready for me that afternoon and call. After two days I called them and they said they would have to charge me $885. I said "ok, just give it back to me and I'll do it myself". They responded,"The passenger compartment is dismantled. It'll cost you $335 for us to put it back together and return it to you".Needless to say I'll never go back to those crooks.

I have been living in this area since 1990. I have purchased 14 new vehicles from various dealerships. Reached out to this dealership about purchasing a Miata. The correspondence initially was very friendly. However, I was discussing trading in an electric vehicle. And they made a verbal offer of 32K. I then said I needed a bit more to cover what I owed. The sales representative said he would reach out to his particular brand expert. Then in following conversations he said he wouldn’t touch my vehicle with no further explanation. His precision of language and ability to talk to a customer has a lot to be desired. He made it sound like it was “my”particular vehicle. rightfully so or not it immediately put me on the defensive. After doing more research, I found that electric vehicles in the Fredericksburg Virginia area are not selling very well and he retracted his offer of 32K and said they would only offer me whatever Carmax would offer me. This particular salesman needs to work on his customer service Interactions. I can tell you that I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership nor will I recommend them. I’ll drive to a dealership outside the area, which I did. I got a better price for my trade in. And an exceptional deal on a Vehicle.

TWICE I have tried my best to communicate with this place and cannot . I have a chain of about 5 texts where I asked a simple question . The simplest of all questions to ask . Was a particular car on their website still available . I even clicked where it said check availability . Then the phone calls started though all I asked for was a text or email . You would not believe the number of communications that followed hedging the answer . After threatening that it was my last time talking to him he FiNALLY said it would probably be there end of Oct ! Said he didn't understand what I wanted to know !!!So yesterday I found another car and sent the message to see if the car was there . Guess what ? Same guy contacts me . He will get back with me soon . It's now next day almost 2. Nothing . Terrible place .

Going to a car dealership is typically a painful process. However Andre made the whole experience not too bad. He was respectful, helpful and patient. Andre didn't press too much and allowed us to make a decision, for the most part, in our time frame. He was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him. Thanks Andre!

My complete experience with Safford Mazda was A+. Went thereto purchase the CX-50, had only seen it online and Loved it from thenon. My sales person name was Jay Zitz, This young man did avery good job from getting the ball rolling on getting the car that Iwanted to this location with the help of Sales Manager CarolEdwards. The Finance manager Eric Ellia made the process soeasy. All was finished in less than 3 hours. During the wait forall the paperwork to be complete it was good conversationbetween me my husband Jay and the young lady that worksacross from Jay's desk. I was impressed with the young groupof men and women that Safford has on staff. When my car camein later that evening Jay reached out to me to let me know it wasin and that I could pick it up. I reached out to him and told himI would the next day. The next day when I talked to Jay he informed me that Had set up the exterior coating to be put onthe car so that I would not have to make a appointment to have itdone. I really appreciated that a great deal. Jay made sure thateverything was perfect with the car. When he did bring the cararound for me to see it for the first time in person I was in shockhow good it really look, I LOVE IT, THAT BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL.Thanks Jay Zitz you did a Great Job

We just bought our first Mazda! I will summarize my comments by saying this dealership has to be one of the best there is.If you are in the market for a new car, no matter what brand you have in mind, you have to visit this dealership, even if it’s not the closest one to you. My wife and I were contemplating Toyota , Kia, and Mazda for a mid-size 3 row SUV. In the end, we decided on a specific trim level for the new CX-90, and Safford Mazda managed to get one from a dealer in Alexandria, VA. It’s a beauty! We have purchased many new cars in the past - Pontiac, BMW, Audi, Jeep, Ford, 3 Toyotas, Porsche, Infiniti, and Lincoln. I can say that leading up to the Mazda purchase, based on how exhausting the previous dealer interactions were, we were not dreading going through the buying process again. We have been avoiding it for a few years while our old ride just got older. Amazingly, this purchase was actually a pleasure. Chris, our salesman, is an honest and personable guy, and is a joy to talk and spend time with. He is well versed in the features of Mazdas in general as well as the specifics of the CX-90. We were most impressed with his ability to make the entire process go incredibly smoothly. Yes, we were in the dealership for a couple of hours, but the time went by quickly, with Chris checking in with us regularly, letting us know how things were going. This was particularly complicated because the dealer had only actually acquired the car that morning. I was so impressed, that I have already decided that my next buy, when I finally retire my now 15 year old F-150, will likely be a Miata, specifically because of Chris’ rave reviews of his own 8 year old one and his stories of the reliability of the model over the years. This dealer is a must stop in your car buying search.I have to add that I am also impressed with the Service Department. Unfortunately, the morning after we got the car home, I happened to notice a small screw in the tread near the sidewall. (They had just moved into a new building the day before, and construction had been going on in the area.). I called Chris, and after a very brief consultation with his manager, he told me to bring the car in and they would replace the tire. How awesome is that? So, I brought the car in, and due to a mixup, the wrong brand of tire had been ordered and installed. I pointed it out, and Robbie, the Service Manager, without hesitation apologized and said he would order the right tire and install it when it comes in. Over almost 50 years, I have had good and bad service experiences with other dealers, and none have been better than this.
