We are Realtors that do a lot of our own work. Be sure to open a commercial account, if you can, to save 5% on your purchases.

Customer Service is poor, no one can help you apparently they just pawn it to the next person. They don’t try to work out a solution with you— they just tell you what they can’t do, and leave you feeling discouraged. Had a head cashier basically call me a liar and was very condescending last night when I was trying to purchase for my classroom. How I always purchased through Lowes with a PO (not according to them anyway). Manager of the store was not helpful at all. He seemed to know less than the rest. I was there for 1hr 30 mins trying to purchase these items. I got to the point I was so frustrated by some of the stuff said, I snapped. I teach shop class and use Lowes a lot but won’t be back to this one. Ill stick with Central Park because they will work till they give you a solution.

I've had several issues now with a delivery. Everytime I call, I wait up to 20 mins for someone, anyone to answer and nothing. That's the longest I waited. When I finally do get to talk to an associate about my delivery and they all give me a run around, then give me a date which I have to take off from work to be home, and then they cancel the delivery hours before they're supposed to arrive. It's such ridiculousness! How can a massive corporation have such horrible customer service?I'm not a Karen in any way, and I've been very patient and understanding, but now I'm losing money from not working and I feel when you can't properly talk to an associate without driving to the store, this company should be reimbursing customers for the inconvenience and time they're losing from not being at work. This Lowe's has given me the run around and I will never do business with them again after I hopefully get my washer. Answer your phones! I'm absolutely furious! Such horrible service! I'm waiting on the phone right now trying to figure of what the hell is going on with my washer.... I've been waiting 16 mins now with not one person answering.

Had to make a run to Lowe's to return some PVC and get some PVC in its place and the customer service was out of this world every step of the way, stuff was very easy to find, the service was very understanding and quick to render service. Highly recommend this Lowe's locations over some others locally.Your friendly neighborhood guide, John S.

Updated review. I had a terrible experience LG and kept giving me the run around total nightmare I would never buy anything from LG no matter how nice etc.Chris Jackson was amazing. He called me. I met with him at the store. I explain my situation. He listened and he truly saved the day. From the moment he greeted me until I left. He had such a great positive attitude, very calm very pleasant, even though he wasn’t feeling well :( he was very patient and I know how it is to deal with public and when your not feeling well. I am forever. Thankful and will continue being a loyal customer that I have been. Lowe’s at Southpoint management team are truly amazing for the people in the community. Kathy the front end Manager. I’ve known her Ive been going to the store for many years always she always treated me like family Anthony an amazing assistant manager definitely always goes above and beyond no matter what the issue is. Even though Lowe’s is a corporate store. It still feels like a local store where they care for their customers and always make them priority. Thank you to Cathy and anthony and especially Chris Jackson you guys rock and I am forever grateful and it’s an honor that I know you all.To the consumers that are in the market for a new dishwasher or other appliances please think twice before getting an LG . Maybe I just got the bad apple just do your research very carefully the products are good, but they do break quickly and speaking to LG corporate is a nightmare.Update: mega plumbing was amazing. Guy was outstanding I couldn’t get but he’s from New York City if that helps any, he came in. He was very respectful he was very clean. He also showed me a few tricks for the dishwasher. He made sure everything was working correctly. No leaks, no damages etc. thank you Lowe’s you just made my day forever. Grateful I love my new whirlpool dishwasher.

I am a Lowes Pro Member and have been loyal to this store, spending $100k per year average for over 10 years. Recently I made a large purchase which included delivery. I was on a demanding project with Strict timeframes. On the scheduled delivery date, I had several employees waiting on the delivery. About 3pm that day we say the lowes truck leaving the neighborhood. I made the call to Lowes and an assistant manager answered. He started checking things and was seemingly blaming for the mix up. I stated " you aren't going to tell me this isn't getting delivered today". He immediately said Its not getting delivered today with an arrogance I didnt expect. I then send an employee 60m miles to pick up the item so we could complete the project on time. The vanity top was damaged when the box was opened but to appease the customer we temporarily installed it until a new one could come. The following day I went to meet the manager Travis who said he would be there that day, but he had lied and was not. I went to customer service and let them know about the broken vanity top. They made me pay another $1200 before they would order a new one. On the new delivery date, I had employees on site who disconnected the vanity top and waited for delivery and reconnection of the vanity Guess what, they stood me up again. I called the store and they said sorry it wouldn't fit in the truck Your new delivery date is a week out. I was upset and called the corporate number to file a complaint. The associate took the complaint and I asked about reimbursement for money spent on employees on site. They said maybe the pro desk can help but the associate could do nothing. I asked what would happen next if I was a regular customer without a pro account. He said this phone call would be the end of it and they would get noting. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't have an extra $1200 to purchase the vanity in order to get an replacement. I will no longer suggest any of my customers to by from this store because they will get no support or reimbursement for Lowes shortcomings and unprofessional actions. Beware where you shop.

A little advice grab a lumber cart before you come in the store because the ones they do have in there are usually full of stuff and it's just sitting there in the way. The lumber is always in disarray no one ever tries to stack the lumber back neatly. So many employees are just walking around when they could be trying to clean up. The isles that are just jampacked with things just sitting there. Another thing they know morning time is rush-hour for the construction trades, and they always only have one cash register open and people are backed halfway down the aisle. I tried getting plywood two days in a row in the aisle was packed both days with drywall studs windows just about anything they can fit in the aisle then they just leave it there and walk away. If you need something that is on the top shelf plan on, going to get something to eat because it's gonna take them an hour or so to move everything out of the way just to get a forklift in there. I went in there on Tuesday and got some half-inch roof plywood. It was almost $12 a sheet. I went in there Friday and now the plywood has gone up to $21. It would really be nice to have a heads up when they're getting ready to raise prices so high .

Truth be told, I'm more of a Depot guy, but the store is closer to me and more ideal in my hectic schedule. Staff is nice and more than willing to carry on a conversation to give off that pleasant vibe. I usually know where everything is, so I don't need much help. I don't have a problem spending my money here on a repeated basis.

Just left this location a moment ago. I walked in feeling tired and not wanting to deal with buying any more paint. That being said, Jamier at the paint department made my day far better. He was jovial, knowledgeable, easy to talk to - and best of all, made the paint buying process a complete breeze. I learned a lot today about interior paint, despite already having painted the majority of our house. Thanks again for the help, Jamier!

If you aren't white don't bother asking any employee for help. They'll go right past you as if you were invisible. Of course on the other hand if you're Hispanic, like me, then it totally means you automatically work in the construction industry and know where everything is because then why else are you in the store?

Went to buy a front door. The Associate who helped us was Bill C. He was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, thorough in his explanations and guidance. We were on the fence about buying our Front Door at this big box store. He made us feel confident that this was the right move.

Downgrading review due to their refusal to honor a legitimate warranty. Bought a Craftsman Shovel with a 15-year warranty. It bent the first time I used it, which was several months after buying it. Still had stickers on it. They said they stopped carrying it (wonder why), and I would have to go to the manufacturer. Craftsman's website says return it to the store. Lost my business over a $20 shovel...
