I keep calling first of all no one answer and finally some one answer and say we might refund your money.

I bought a washer, dryer and oven and paid for haul away. The drivers left the appliances in my yard. When confronting the customer Service at the store I was told they could not do anything for 2 days. They are trying to scam people out of money.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Lowe’s. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist me. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed for my home improvement project.
The selection of products was impressive, and I was able to find high-quality items at competitive prices. When I had questions about specific tools and materials, the employees provided insightful advice and recommendations. Their expertise made my shopping experience smooth and efficient.
I also appreciated the clean and safe environment of the store, which made me feel comfortable while shopping. The checkout process was quick, and the cashier was courteous and helpful.
Overall, Lowe’s exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be returning for future projects and highly recommend this store to anyone in need of home improvement supplies and expert guidance.

Every Lowe's I go into their hardware aisle / nuts and bolts, is always a mess and understocked. Walking in and out of the store I was taking notice of people just doing nothing when they could be organizing and restocking. They should shut the doors and not open them again until the store is organized and replenished. Almost a complete waste of time. I only wish that I remembered that I could have posted pictures. Ace hardwares nuts and bolts Isle puts Lowe's to shame! You may pay a little bit more for it but at least it'll be there for you to buy.

Flooring install nothing went right. Not estimate; had to pay for more material beyond first estimate. Not scheduling; had to reschedule multiple times. Not install; first crew was late first two days then disappeared and had to get a second crew in to finish the job a week after job started. When finished there was so much leftover had to call for a truck to return materials. That was last week. Still waiting for refund. Go somewhere else . Go anywhere else.

I couldn't believe the difference between this Lowes and the one in my hometown back in Illinois. I was trying to find items, and an employee came up to me and asked if I needed help. They "saw" me and initiated. This happened twice by two different employees. AND on two different dates. The customer service was top-notch! I only say this because back at Illinois, they ignore you. If you go up and ask for help, you can almost feel the "eye-roll" as they drag their feet to the product. Great Lowes Customer Service!!!

I don't know what happened to this establishment. Every time I go in I get the excuses. Not enough people working. Whenever I ask to be checked out, always get sent to the other side of the store, whenever I go to check out, I'm always made to feel stupid uneducated and as a disabled veteran, I do not feel like this person named Jay as the assistant manager is a good person because he just gives excuses and doesn't really try to help anyone and he really doesn't care about the customer. Camo vest or not. He deserves no special treatment. He is just as rude as anyone I've met. And doesn't really have time to fix any problems he just makes you feel ignorant for asking for assistance. Whenever I ask to be checked out I always get sent to a customer service and I am not smart when it comes to reading. So I need assistance and when I ask for assistance they basically tell me. Oh well go figure it out. There's a self-checkout. He didn'the didn't want
