Waited since 8 am for my 9-1pm refrigerator delivery even followed the instructions and had everything out of the old one for the delivery and they waited until 1:30pm to tell oh sorry we can't deliver it today please call the store to reschedule...after 26 mins of being redirected and listening to the phone just ringing they finally answered to reschedule it. Big inconvenience to have to do this process again...no discounts offered for this and since things were put off today for tomorrow I guess tomorrow they will be working on my time or enjoy unloading it back at the store with me taking my business elsewhere.

We ordered a washer and dryer combo unit that was scheduled to be delivered on 7/5/2023. Due to the stores scheduling on this date, I was unable to accompany my grandmother to chemo, and my wife had to take her alone. My wife packed our minivan with our 4 children and sick grandmother, and had to battle against high heat, traffic, young children, and our elderly grandmother's failing health all alone. I on the other hand sat home helpless, waiting on a unit that would never arrive.

I purchased a washer and dryer on November 20, 2022. Lowes has failed to complete the order. The delivery was scheduled for November 29, 2022; however, only a washing machine was delivered. I have spoken with managers and assistant managers and customer service representative, but to no avail. An assistant manager promised me last evening that the dryer woud have been delivered today. I have not seen the delivery man and it is now after 11pm. I have found the delivery man to be rude (screaming at my door). The customer service rep puts me on hold then hangs up. The manager make broken promise. I am still waiting for the dryer that I paid for. Never will I ever make another purchase at Lowes!

it's a big box store. it's the better one (for home improvement) in this area. decent selection, and options to order more, so that's good. it can be VERY hard to find someone to help you. at one point we had a question and got 3 different folks trying to find the one person who was SUPPOSED to be in that section to answer questions. not great. overall, we've spent a lot of money here because the products are what we need, but it'd be nice if it were a little easier.

I'm currently in lowes and I want to buy a pendant light that actually states it's around $40 but the floor sign says $70ish and when I brought it to the managers attention he said he's not going to budge on the price...how about honor the price or fix the sign...the the employers said oh you don't want to pay that much for those lights no one is going to come in your house and say oh you have brand name lights!!!! In a world on less service more profit, Lowe's excels. My customer ordered a door. Paid for it. And I came to pick it up. I've been here at the Carl D Silver Parkway Lowe's for close to an hour. The door was never pulled from stock. So there is a chance they don't have an item that was paid for. So that's consumer fraud. The customer service associate has been the only person doing her job to try to make it better. Millwork took over 20 minutes to answer her repeated calls. I'm now at over an hour and still no order. Numerous people have dropped the ball here. Now I find out that what they have for me are all returns and open boxes. Deplorable.

My wife went to lowe's yesterday, researched a refrigerator there and purchased it along with an extended warranty. It's delivery date and installation was 8am-12pm today. We emptied out the old unit and waited. No one ever showed and when I called the delivery phone number, they told me my unit was sold to another person at another store.........how low can a store go?

Customer service was supreme. All the employees worked as a team to ensure we were taken care of. We didn't have to roam or wonder about where the items were. Tre, in Flooring, was very knowledgeable and friendly, patient too! It is very much appreciated. Thank you!

Lowe's scams veterans. Whirlpool dishwashers purchased there break within months and extended warranty is subject to their interpretation. "Customer service" laughs at you. Don't fall for the parking spots. Amazon is cheaper and treats vets with honor.

I moved to Virginia in August 2020, I purchased blinds at Lowes in Fredericksburg in Sept 2020. Lowes charged me $ 10,000 plus , they added up the blinds on their phone and took a discount . I went home with the receipt and a picture of the blinds price sheet and they did not give me 40% off . I went back the next day and I took their sheet and it was list price. I took 40% off which they were on sale for 40% off and they refunded me $4000.The blinds arrived in a tractor trailer 1000 lb. boxes damaged and cardboard torn up, I have to put them in my garage until they installed them 2 weeks . They were installed wrong , crooked and missing blinds and broken blinds. Lowes picked them up in 2021 and the order was incorrect . The second order came in and Lowes put 1000 in my foyer and that was wrong according to the installer, I am waiting still for the 3rd order in May 18 ,2021, Lowes said they will be in two weeks. I purchased a zero turn tractor in April , it was backorder until May 8 then May 20 then June 2 and now July 2, they want me to pay for it in May 28. The credit card for Lowes seems unable to help , I can cancel the order or put a dispute on the charge but that cancels the order , Lowes has $10,000 of my money and I do not have anything. I wanted to pay the bill with cash but if I receive a refund it will be a store credit.

This was the worst experience of my life. After we have paid for our items we were profiled as criminals, myself and my 8 year old child were in self check out we have checked all the items and then paid , as we were getting ready to walk out an employee decides to run after us snatch the bag from our cart and grazed my child as she snatches the bag my child sitting in the cart is asking me why they just took our bag, so we proceed to watch the employee walk away with our bag place it on a table and go through it , mind you she didn't ask she just snatched it and walked away , so as me and my child sit there is astonishment wondering why this employee snatched our bag, she then comes back and gives it to me and does not say anything, then I ask her why did you snatched the bag from our cart and what was the reason, she then gives me an anwser of " I had To deactivate the bag", in my bag there was two 4$ tub stoppers, one wax less ring kit 10$ and then there was a grill scrubber which was 9$, none of those items have tags for security's theft, I have worked in retail and I am more then aware there are no security tags on the bag itself, and also you can not snatch someone's bag and almost hit there child to see if they're stealing , this is by far the worst experience of my life with Lowe's, I have been doing all of my repairs using Lowe's products now I will never go back , and I will make sure everyone knows the situation that has happens , my 8 year old child does not know why an employee decided to snatch our bag almost hit here and then proceed to go through it. We were racially profiled and labeled As criminals with a merely less then 40$ of product in our cart, there is a serious problem that need to be resolved !

I bought powered blinds from this store expecting to be new, they were not marked as open box and labeled at $150! When i got home half of them were open box and missing majority of the parts. This was absolutely ridiculous and they should not be doing this! This place sucks along with its service, they're about as useful as a asking a blind man to sort m&m's, DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from the cabinet department and especially Theresa. I'm not sure how long this lady has been doing this job but based on how old and grumpy she is I would say long enough to not want to put effort into helping people. When I first made the appointment she said she got in at 9am but she would schedule us at 9:15 so she could have her coffee first. I sent over all the designs so she wouldn't even have to do any work and our kitchen measurements. Went the day before and got our floor colors and the cabinet colors I liked. I was prepared. We are building a house and don't have a lot of time. We arrived at 9:15 and she looked annoyed and said... " I thought the appointment was 9:45am good thing I'm early". That was strike one. Then we walk over to the computer and realize she was completely unprepared. She hadn't even opened anything I sent her. Made excuse after excuse that she was too busy and this and that instead of just calling us and rescheduling until she was prepared. Strike two. I finally said are you even wanting to help us or are you just too busy it seems. We took the day off you are completely unprepared. She started saying that we could go to two different Lowe's and they were less busy and could help us. That was it. Strike three. I picked up my stuff and left. Never looked back. Obviously Lowe's doesn't need. 30k of cabinet business. Hey Lowe's You might want to check on your help in the back. Coffee is more important to Theresa.
