I have been in this store many times. I can’t figure out why I keep going back. I will stop now. The staff is incredibly rude, on a regular basis. I guess, given there are few plus size stores in Fredericksburg, they can get away with that kind of service, but I’ll take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that are happy to let me spend money in their store, and are actually pleasant to shop at.

I cannot say enough great things about Ovette! I thought I would give the bras at Lane Bryant a try but was unsure about sizing. Ovette gave me a fitting and directed me to some fantastic styles. I’m ready for summer tanks and tees now. Thank you, Ovette!

If I could give more then 5 stores I absolutely would without a doubt.. Kim was an absolute blessing!! She has completely turned my bra shopping experience around! She listened to what I had to say and she knew exactly what I needed/wanted. Thank you again Kim!!!

There was a staff member with short brown/redish hair that asked my daughter and I to put a mask on and that it was a requirement then 3 other couples came in and she walked around them and greeted them and did not require them to wear a mask. It was incredibly frustrating to me.
