I'm dropping off urine I checked into the kiosk, I still waited another. 41 mins Just to drop off urine. CORPORATE WILL BE GETTING A CALL ? . Im handicap & walks with a cane . Horrible service at this location . They don't deserve the one star

It was a rough start because I am bladder shy and there was a miscommunication on my part. But there was a lab tech who was really nice. She even offered to go out and let my waiting family member in the car that I needed more time to go/ it was very helpful and because of her I will continue to use this facility for labs. If it would have been the other lady that wasn’t nice, I would have stopped being a client.

Ok, I know getting blood drawn is not fun. But I've been to this place many times and haven't ever had a bad experience. The key to getting in and out relatively quickly is making an appointment beforehand. Otherwise, if you just walk in, you can expect at pretty much any lab that you're going to have a wait.

I was nervous due to some of the reviews on here. I made an appointment for 8:30am and was finished with my blood draw by 8:35am. All the staff were extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend this location! I do think making an appointment verses doing a walk in is the best choice!

Have used this location to renew an annual drug screening for my insurance three years in a row. Employees always provide excellent service and I was in and out in less than ten minutes during my most recent visit. Much better experience than several visits to Salem Church Road location in years past. Thanks!

Incredibly unprofessional. I have to go without medications for a week before I can have my blood work done.They LOST MY BLOOD! Only way I found out is following up with them myself.Then they lie to me telling me that they noticed the day I went and called and left me a voicemail that I needed to return.I received no missed calls or voicemails from them that day or EVER! Straight up liar.Now if I want medication refills from my primary physician, I have to start this week long process all over again and just hope they don't lose my blood again!
