My 3 day old had to come here to get her bilirubin checked and I was dreading it. I went through this with my first daughter and every time we had to get blood it was heart wrenching. When I tell you this was the best possible experience I could have hoped for, they let my husband wait in the car with the baby till they were ready. They let me put the heat pack on her foot while in the car, the technician was so understanding and caring she is the only person that actually let me hold my baby while she took the blood and my baby slept through the whole thing!!!! The technician unfortunately os usually at a different location in stafford on Garrisonville st but I would still recommend this location to anyone for their pediatric needs! The technicians name was Qual. She even wrapped the foot instead of a bandaid or tape which will make it so much less stressful for the baby when I remove it later.

I didn't want to pay attention to the bad comments but this is the worst laboratory I have ever been to. the doctor (women) who treated us was very rude, she yelled ugly at my 3 years old Both of my son's arms were hurt 3 times and they couldn't take his blood. The woman just said take him somewhere else and have a good day. I do not recommend this place, not for nothing they only have 2 stars. a horrible place. Do not bring your children to this place.

It’s unfortunate because the negative reviews definitely come from a one sided perspective from those who are complaining. Being that I have experienced their busy crowd at this location, and also their quiet downtime, in and out no appointment needed times. This location stays very busy and packed. They accept walk ins AND you can make an appointment as well. They constantly suggest making an appointment during their busy times to avoid the long wait from just walking in. It’s not going to be quick in and out all the time especially for this location. One time it was an hour wait the lady kept telling everyone to make an appointment and come back, but instead it was attitudes and unsatisfied customers. They are never rude to me, BUT they do have self check in and during their busy times for some reason a lot of customers refuse to ignore the self check in and flood the window where it’s only one person trying to check in answer the phone call names and answer questions. I would get a little irritated as well if I was being asked questions about checking in when you can simply use the machine to free up time and space at the front window. They don’t always have time to chat it up and listen to your bad day and drama when it’s busy. It’s not rude customer service it’s being focused on their job and getting everybody in and out of there. Those reviews are false. Yes it’s crowded, yes sometimes they might not always greet you walking in the door, and yes they take walk ins, but depending on the time the wait can be up to an hour if you walk in at the wrong time. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!. Appointments are a guarantee booked time slot for YOU! No waiting, just come in at the booked time, self check in and sit down. You will for a fact be called before a lot of those waiting because most are walk ins. Follow instructions, reading is fundamental. They are helping us out at the end of the day. Thank you guys today was quick! Came at 4:35pm they close at 5pm and I was in and out. Made no appointment. Was greeted with all smiling faces. The young lady who took my blood saw I was nervous and still shared that she is a student and even asked if I was comfortable and just because of her kindness and the front desk lady as well, I trusted her. Went wonderful each time I come to LabCorp. Stop throwing temper tantrums the world doesn’t revolve you guys. Have a nice day !!!!

The two ladies who drew blood from my son were professional, friendly, and competent. I expected him to put up a fight, but they got him through it without incident.

II have always had caring, professional treatment at the Salem Church Road facility. They have taken care of me for many years. I consider services I receive there as outstanding!

Here on a Saturday morning, quite a waiting room. Fast, efficient. Natalie, in her super great pink, was amazing. So glad we chose this location. Everyone was wonderful and the facility is clean.

The lady at the front desk Candice is VERY rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend going here especially on a Saturday. Impatient people.

Literally the worst lab in the city. The front desk receptionist is completely rude every time we come in. Usually I would chalk it up to a bad day but my son has to do routine blood draws and she has the same awful attitude every time. The lab techs are usually pretty good and really take the time to make my son comfortable which is why we kept coming back but this is the last time. Save yourself a headache and take the longer drive to another location

I had an appointment for 9:00 on Thursday morning. Showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early but nobody there. Sign on door says temporarily closed. Nobody felt the need to call and cancel my appointment? 3/29/24 update...I received a call from Labcorp. There was a problem at the facility and it was an unfortunate situation and in the confusion I did not receive a call. They did apologize and I will reschedule. I did appreciate the follow up.

I wish I could give zero stars because one star is too much. I went here today for the first time with my son who is under two years old to get his labs for the first time. Staff Mary Beth was rude from the very beginning and seriously doesn’t need to be in a profession where her customer service skills are clearly lacking. I tried making a formal complaint at the office before I left but the supervisor wasn’t available. I was asked to leave my name and phone number. I’m still waiting for a supervisor to call me. Mary Beth’s behavior today was extremely unprofessional and there’s no reason to treat another human being the way that she did.

I came to LabCorp for service for my son. I must say the service was good at the facility. On the other hand the billing department start sending me a bill for full payment. I called the billing department and was told they don't have insurance information. As a result, I gave the information over the phone. Surprisely I got another bill for full payment again in the mail. It took my insurance company to contact LabCorp and requested the bill send to them instead. Do let the billing department push you to pay the bill and not contact your insurance for payment.

Seeing all of the bad reviews had me worried about scheduling an appointment at this LabCorp location, but I had an extremely positive experience. Online scheduling was easy and convenient.I completed check-in on my phone when I arrived (fifteen minutes early, as requested), and three minutes later I received a text saying that the technician was ready to see me. I've had much longer waits at other LabCorp locations.I waited for maybe five minutes in the lobby, which only had two other people waiting in it. I was called back to have my lab work done, and the technician was welcoming and friendly. The technician knew what they were doing and I felt confident that I was in good, skilled hands.I don't doubt that other people have had negative experiences at this location, but I wanted to share my positive experience as a glimmer of hope that not every encounter at this LabCorp is a bad one. I would go back to the Salem Church Road LabCorp again in a heartbeat.

Today we came at around 4:50, 10 minutes before closing because they could not find my baby’s veins at the pediatric clinic. Told them what had happened and because my baby it’s only 13 months they needed to be careful.Lady at the front desk got us in quick, and the lady who took the blood out of my baby was very professional and found the vain fast and way better than at the pediatrics.Man at the front desk was also very professional and kind.Overall a great experience!
