Make an appointment before you decide to walk in. I had to wait an hour and watch people with appointments showing up 45 min after I checked in get called back before me. The girl who drew my blood was nice or I would rate a 1 star

Terrible customer service . walked in when the room was packed , and was yelled at “we’re not taking anymore people . It’s gonna be a 4 hour wait.” this is supposed to be health-care related business . Where is their soft skills when it comes to talking to people . They talked to us like we were bothering them !!!!

I had my lab work done here. The employees were wonderful and professional. I had an appointment and the wait time was very short. They were wonderful. My issue is with billing. I did not think about my $10.00 co-pay so they billed me. Also not an issue. However, the bill included a QR code which indicated that it was there for "ease in paying my bill". I fell for it and went that direction. Once I scanned the code, my bill with all information came up. I completed my payment information and selected continue. I was sent directly to a site indicating other apps and info. I immediately felt uncomfortable and left the site but they, whoever they are, had already captured my bill payment information. Within seconds WATHI.TOP, whoever they are, had sent through a $.00 transaction followed by a $1.95 debit. My bank recognized it as fraudulent and I told them that I had not initiated that charge. I had to go through all the trouble of getting a new card and making changes to all of the auto payments that I had set up. Today, the same company tried to hit me for $39.95 indicating a recurring payment. It was denied, thankfully, but it all relates to that QR code on my written bill from Labcorp. So what is going on there??? BOTTOM LINE...DO NOT SCAN THE QR CODE ON THEIR BILL. MAIL THEM A CHECK OR, BETTER YET, TAKE THEM CASH.

Implements dangerous policies for domestic violence victims, seek care somewhere safer.The desk staff on duty February 21st at 1:00pm assisted my abuser in attempting to know the date and time of my appointment. The caller claimed they needed the info so my abuser could sign a guarantor’s form. When asked why that info was needed for a financial form it was stated there is no such form but my abuser has a right to know when the appointment is. I was the reprimanded for poor communication with my abuser, accused of making up the abuse, and threatened that if I didn’t “communicate better” I would not be assisted. When I declined sharing vulnerable information with my abuser, I was hung up on. This is not a safe establishment to seek medical care if you are in an abusive situation.

After trying 2 different locations, 6 unsuccessful try I was recommended to this location.Ms .Karen N took me in and was able to get blood .Karen was so patient and friendly.Next time I will come directly to her.Thank you. Karen.

lab corp on careway people are very nice. I come here even though even its farther for me because the lab corp by Spotsylvania Hospital have some rude workers there. some nice but a few horrible

The front desk staff Rashaia is an absolute joy! Always a smile on her face and ready to help! Karen the lab tech is the absolute best! She is one of the only ones I go to! If you ever need lab work done please go here! There is mo better place that will take care of you!

Called on Thursday to ask if I needed to come the next morning (Friday) or if they would be open on Saturday???.... The lady told me 8am-noon on Saturday ~ I just went there at 8:15am and no a soul in sight.
