Make an appointment before you decide to walk in. I had to wait an hour and watch people with appointments showing up 45 min after I checked in get called back before me. The girl who drew my blood was nice or I would rate a 1 star

I made an online appointment, checked in and waited from the comfort of my car. Once texted I was done with the draw and back out the door and on my way within 15 minutes.
