I feel like the store has options but at the same time doesn't have a lot of options for the different varieties of people. For example, like the big and tall section. I just feel like you would normally have the same stuff that you have in the regular size section, but just me for people who are. Taller and bigger, but they don't really give options for those areas I have noticed.

My son went into Kohl's to return a Amazon purchase CINDY in customer service was the cashier. She heard me explaining what to do to my son... when she realized he had never done the transaction she explained the process to him so well. Cindy really took her time with him and I wanted to let her know how much I appreciated it! I had NO intentions of buying anything but I did just to do a survey THANK YOU CINDY ?

I did not shop through the whole store, so this is specific to the shoe department. I came in to buy shoes to travel home in that I saw advertised online and based visit off sale information I wanted to purchase. Women’s section was unorganized and hard to find items. Empty boxes and could not find products. No help around this section and when I found what I thought was the product on sale it was a different code so no sale option. I also that there was a sale for the other brand I purchased and there wasn’t. Very confusing on sales and advertising. Breanna at the register was very nice and helpful looking up codes, but said she was unable to do anything. That was disappointing. If it wasn’t for time constraints I would have went elsewhere.

We only came to store to try on shoes and found out no coupons, etc could be used. Then no one could tell me why it's taken two wks to receive my on-line order. Plus you did away w cashiers, stupid move. Had to make second trip to have security tag taken off, that's why you have people paid to do job not customers.

The store is very nice. However, prices have gone up so much in the past couple of years, and we can no longer afford to purchase much of anything at all. Even the clearance rack can be expensive. They do have soda stream Co2 canisters. I'm glad about that, but you get them in customer service, and the lines can take a lot of time to get through.

Don’t bother coming here if you want to replace your CO2 Soda Stream bottles they will not exchange them for different colors even though Soda Stream allows that

The Fredericksburg’s Kohl’s got a wider selection than the store in my hometown. The staff was very friendly and took the time to look up my credit card since I forgot to bring it.
