It was a great experience working with Kevin. He really listened to what we were looking for. Kevin answered all of our questions (which were a lot) since we were first time home buyers, during the whole process he was always available. kevin is an amazing realtor. if you’re looking for someone who is transparent and to the point but still gets the job done professionally with a great attitude - kevin is your guy. we faced a lot of adversity and bumps in the road with the sale of our current house and he faced everything with a great attitude and transparency. kevin was able to secure us a great offer that checked all the boxes on our list, he never gave up in pursuit of our best interest as his clients. he’s also aiding us currently in the purchase of our new home post our sale. Kevin has really been there to support us and provide us his best efforts without complaint every step of the way. he is open to feedback and ideas. i would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

We were referred to Kevin by a mutual connection, and we are so glad we were! Our home search started in 2022 when the market was extremely competitive and every home had multiple offers. Even though the market was nearly impossible, Kevin made sure we knew what actions we could resonably take to make our offer competitive, while not putting us into any tricky situations. We took some time off from searching and started back up in spring of 2023. When we were ready to start viewing again, Kevin was right back in action. This time, the second home we offered on, we got. Kevin helped us off and on for over a year to find the perfect house. Once the offer was accepted, he made sure to keep us very well informed throughout the entire closing process. I could not recommend him more. If you are looking for a Realtor, this is absolutely the one!

Kevin is a very knowledgeable realtor and used his experience and creativity to help us buy our first home! He was very patient and gave us great advice during our house hunting experience. He was always available to text or call when we had questions and always encouraged us to make the choice that was best for us. Kevin was professional and referred us to a great lender; his entire team was incredible. I would definitely recommend Kevin if you are looking for a realtor in northern VA, as he knew this area very well.

Kevin was all-around an awesome realtor! During this crazy market, he always showed his support and enthusiasm in finding my partner and I the perfect home. Kevin was super responsive at any time of day. For example, the night before our private showings, houses would hit the market which meant squeezing in more to our schedule. Kevin was always willing to work with us and fit in as many houses as we would like in a day.After our showings we were in constant communication strategizing to get an upper edge on our offers. It didn’t matter if we had to remove an offer altogether in order to jump on another opportunity; Kevin was always eager to work on whatever was next and was very supportive of our decisions. Overall, I highly recommend Kevin for all your real estate investment opportunities. Kevin’s priority was focusing on his client’s best interests and that was key to finding the perfect home. Kevin was the best realtor we could have asked for. Took us to all the house we wanted to see, gave us great and open advice, and was great at coordinating different components of our offers. We had constant communication throughout the entire process and he was very flexible with showings, calls and texts.It’s a tough market, but Kevin got us the exact house we were looking for. His negotiating skills and charisma were great when talking to other agents, and he was extremely good at getting feedback information from them. He taught us a ton about the real state market, and stuck with us during this sellers market without loosing patience or hope for us at all.My parents had a horrible first home purchase experience due to a horrible realtor; after coming to showings with us, Kevin changed their perspective and made them look forward to purchasing their next home with him. I really can’t recommend him enough for anyone purchasing a home, specially first timers.
