They go above and beyond for their customers at this location. This was my first visit in this store, and I will definitely be coming back. The staff members are superb!

The customer service we received at this location was phenomenal. Bill assisted my father in finding not only a suit he could wear for the wedding he was attending but for multi-purpose. Bill was patient and provided several options. We wanted to stay under a certain price point and he was mindful of that. He worked along side us the entire time and when his location didn’t have the item he called several stores in the area to find it and asked them to hold it. We were in the store for almost 2 hrs (we were a bit indecisive) but bill remained patient and still attended to some other guests while still checking in on us. I would highly recommend seeing Bill and his team here in Fredericksburg! You won’t regret it!

Need to rent a tuxedo, purchase a suit or even just some business casual wear. This Jos A. Banks store is the place to go. I've been shopping here since 2017 and even since moving to Florida, I still return to this store. The staff, Bill and John to name a few are personable, professional, and dress the part.

I had to get a pair of pants tailored and had no strong candidates or recommendations for the job.
After finding out they offered tailoring services, I decided to give them a shot.
After receiving the finished product, all I can say is “Wow!”
I was blown away by the amazing quality of the work and excellent customer service.
At Joseph A. Banks in Central Park, you will find only committed professionals who are serious about quality menswear.
They have earned a repeat customer in me, and I couldn’t recommend their services enough.

Bill, Johnathan, and Juanita are an absolute delight to work with. They really make you feel comfortable and take the time to understand what it is you want. They’re clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about making you feel and look great, and have yet to miss for my partner. They take their time and allow you all the freedom you want to express your individuality and personal style. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mr. Bill and Mr. John are great guys and it was a pleasure to work with them. After getting many poorly fitting wedding rentals from Men’s Wearhouse I was expecting the same from JAB but these guys really take care of their people!!

I had an absolutely awesome experience at this location getting fitted and picking up my grooms suit for my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the woman who helped us, I believe she was the assistant manager, but she did a WONDERFUL job helping me to feel comfortable and confident picking out the perfect suit for the big day. I've visited multiple places in the area over the last few weeks looking for a suit, but this was BY FAR the best experience I had. The woman who helped me was very patient and thorough throughout the entire fitting/selection process and I don't believe I could thank her enough.
