“Jenna and Amal were so helpful picking out my perfect ring. After a couple of unwelcoming experiences at other stores coming to Helzberg was a breath of fresh air. They were respectful of my price range and I didn’t feel like they were “just trying to make a sale”. They were so personable and sweet, and made sure I tried on every style, shape and size that I was stuck on so that I wouldn’t be confused when I found the right one. Couldn’t have been a better experience! The other stores I tried out made me feel like I was wasting their time before they even helped me and Jenna and Amal were excited with me and ensured I could have everything I wanted within my budget. They picked out a Zac Posen ring and it was everything I could’ve imagined and more.”
“Bob is amazing! He is patient, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. I wanted to reset the diamond from my mother's wedding ring into a necklace. Bob spent over an hour with me showing me the various choices. I also went another day to discuss updating my own wedding rings. He again spent over an hour with me talking through various ways. I haven't picked up my items yet but I'm looking forward to the outcome and know I will be satisfied. UPDATE- I recieved mt items and they were exactly what I hoped for!”
“I am so happy with the work I had done at Ulman’s! When my Nanna passed, I was gifted her wedding ring. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit, and wasn’t a ring that I could wear daily. Ulman’s helped me to create a custom piece out of it that I absolutely love! They really made sure that it was perfect, and even changed some things without an extra charge. You can tell that they really care that their customers are happy! I really appreciated the kindness of the staff, they communicated my ideas with the jeweler perfectly!”

She was so pleasant and knowledgeable and explained the process of repair and what I could expect. She gave me peace of mind providing additional helpful tips for covering my wedding ring against other perils. She was so friendly, and offered a beautiful warm smile as she assisted me . “I can not begin to express how happy I am with my experience with Kimman's! The owner, Caroline was fabulous! I had been all over looking for a special gift for a friend. Kimman's was recommended to me and from the moment I walked in to the store I knew I'd figure out something. Caroline was so helpful but I left u existed, the next day, I brought my husband in with me, just before closing, and picked out gift we wanted personalized. Caroline took the order, that I expected to pick up the next day.I mentioned we were having dinner next door. “I had the pleasure of purchasing my Longines Spirit Zulu Time at Crown Jewelers. They responded to my online inquiry almost immediately. I spoke with Justin via phone and after a few minutes we came to a mutual agreement. My watch was ordered and while waiting Justin kept me informed and updated along the way.When my watched arrived, I made the drive to their store. When I entered, I was warmly greeted by all of the staff. My watch was unboxed, presented and fitted with care and attentiveness by Justin.
