No one to help find anything. Then picked out clothes. Then went to check out, all the check out closed.. one open line mile long. Almost left but did wait about 10 to 15 minutes..

I would give less than 1 star if I could. Went to the JC Penney photo studio for pics after our son's college graduation. The staff was courteous and patient, and they have a military discount. But the kudos end there. We paid for the digital images. Was told we'll receive a email with a link in 24-48 hours and we can download the photos. Well 5 days and 3 phone calls later we still haven't received the right link. However the links we did receive offers packages that we'd have to pay additional money for. We get excuses every time we call. We'll demand money back if we need to make another call. I will edit this review if we're able to download the photos in a timely manner.

I ordered a $1000 (1ct diamond) bracelet. I hoped to receive it by Christmas, but I didn't. It arrived a few days before 1/ 2024, in a cheap box. Before the 7th, it broke, and I returned it in person. Diamonds don't break, and the sales lady was on the phone until I asked for the manager. Cheap sale, cheap bracelet. It was very disappointing, but the lesson was learned.

Great selection and sales. Wonderful childrens and shoe selection. Staff is helpful and friendly, when you can find them, The only bad thing is trying to find an open check out or fitting room. Probably due to the short staff issues.

I would give only one star but the deals and customer service is decent. My issue is the uncleanliness of their bathrooms near customer service. I had to take my 5yo in the and it was disgusting. Paper towels and toilet paper everywhere and they were low on soap. I told an employee in customer service and she said it’s been like that since last night. JCP your customers and employees deserve better. Wish I had photos to show how bad it was but I was more concerned with getting my daughter out of that nasty place.

Lots of great deals today. The cashiers were friendly. The cashier that worked the cosmetics counter came around to help and she took us to check out at the cosmetics counter. She was super nice and smiling. My husband even made her laugh. It was a good experience today.
