Efficient, ProfessionalWe informed Jason what we were looking for in our new home. He was very efficient in finding a group of homes featuring those requests. The viewings were scheduled at our convenience and he was with us to the end.

Where do I start with my experience with Jason Voelkl! In 2019 my family and I were looking for a rental and had no idea where to start! Jason took us under his wing and was there for us to get us in the perfect rental for our family! Fast forward to March 2021 the owners of our rental were moving back and we had literally 3 months to find a place! Not wanting to keep moving we decided to buy during this crazy market! Jason was there anytime any day to go out and look at properties (and trust me there were numerous properties). Anytime there was new listing or one we were interested in he was ready! Thru the outbids and discourage Jason was there and assured us the perfect property was out there for us! And he was right! He stuck with us thru this whirlwind and I’m happy to say we found our home. If your looking for a realtor who is working not only for you but with your best interest in mind Jason is the one! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy!

Jason came highly recommended to me. This was my first time purchasing a home but Jason made me feel at ease with the process. His construction background was a real asset when looking for a home as he was able to point out flaws that a normal real estate agent might not notice. Jason was always available to answer any questions I had about the process and would assist in getting in touch with my loan officer for financial questions when I was unable to get in touch with her myself. Even though I knew I was not his only client I felt as if I was. Jason went above and beyond with customer service. I would definitely recommend him for your next home purchase.
