Terrible service. This place is ran by crooks that feed off the helplessness of people that got their car towed by this place. Simply put, they’re rude, overpriced, & should be called highway robbery instead.

I used them years ago to diagnose a problem on a straight truck and do an oil change. Besides the work that was agreed upon, they took it upon themselves to charge me for work and parts I did not authorize... work that had already been done prior to me bringing it there. I would have, of course, expected to be notified of any necessary work needed and the cost before it being performed. This was not the case. After a unnecessary argument with the owner via phone, he finally decided to take off the portion of the bill I had not authorized and rudely told me to come get my truck and never come back. Upon arriving for payment he purposely held my card for a good 30 minutes while debating with me to the point where I was tempted to jump over the counter and physically take my credit card back. It's a shame that a business owner in his older years did not possess the wisdom to conduct business in a civilized manner. As far as the "do not come back" statement, I don't understand how a person with such a terrible display of character could ever have a repeat customer in the first place.

My Sister In-law was coming from Pennsylvania headed to Virginia and ended up stuck on I95 for over 10.5 hours during that horrible storm (January 2022). Once she finally got off the highway, she ended up sliding into a ditch and was stuck all morning after spending the night on I95. I literally made 29 phone calls to every single possible towing company in the area and no one would help. Despite being severely backed up due to the horrid weather conditions, trees down, wrecks, blocked roads and stranded vehicles, this was the ONLY company even willing to try to help my sister in-law get out of the ditch. The lady I spoke with told me she would reach out to one of the guys to swing by her location and help her if they were able. A passer-by helped her before they reached her location but I appreciate the attempt and the follow up phone call just to make sure she was freed from the ditch. THANK YOU to Highway Garage for at least trying when no one else would!

I wrecked my vehicle on the weekend, after the wreck happened, the tow truck driver wanted me to clean up my scene from my accident. I was in shock and wanted to be a good civilian. Two days pass by before i could get my belongs from the vehicle. As i looked at the receipt, they charged me $250 clean up fee when I was the one that did the cleaning on the highway. I also asked the lady in the front if I could have someone take the car. She told me that they don’t work with anyone unless they have verified insurance from another towing company. They told me they would take the car without any payment. This is a big scam that they are running. With a pandemic going on they don’t care about anything but money. If you wreck in the area, do not contact this towing company. They just want your money and wrecked car.Services: Vehicle wrecking

Absolute Highway Robbery. This company charged me nearly $700 to tow my wrecked car 4 miles and store for two days since they are closed weekends. I am so disgusted at the gross exploitation Of drivers in need. I amLodging a complaint with the State police as well since they chose to contact them. Avoid them at all costs!

I hate ordering to go and getting home and the order is messed up. The chips I ordered were beyond stale. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to them.
