Hertz is horrible!! Car engine light kept coming on a/c did not work, the over all experience was horrible and you can’t get anyone to answer phone or respond back to you!!! I have a FED EX tracking number for binder that was left in rental car and was found by Hertz employee and I paid Hertz for the return of the binder but never was returned over 55 days ago!!!!

This is the worst place to rent a car. I waited an hour and after waiting an hour I had to wait another hour for the car to be washed. I would never recommend this horrible place.

Is there a way to get someone to answer the phone? Called for two hours straight and never got an answer. I live an hour away so I’m not just going to get in the car and drive to the location to update info..

I've dealt with this location twice. Once was in 2022 and almost everything was fine except for the person who assisted me at that time made a snide stereotypical remark. The second time I tried to rent from this place was 5/18/24. I had a special event that I needed to attend and saw they had a better deal on rentals compared to Enterprise. I booked the rental a little after 6pm 5/17/24 to pick up a car at 10:00 am. I received a confirmation email for the rental. I live 20 minutes from the location arrived approximately around 9:45 am there was one gentleman ahead of me. When it was my turn to be assisted the person who worked there asked for my name I provided he quickly glanced over the papers that was on his clipboard and then stopped and says wait you booked after hours and we called all around to try to get a rental for you but we couldn't so you will have to call the customer service number to cancel your reservation. He then slid me a brochure with the number to customer service on it. As I was in the process of contacting customer service he then asks me my name again and informs me that he cma cancel it on his own. He cancels the reservation and "apologizes" for not having a rental available. I advises him that an apology is of no assistance as they are a business and should have at least called me to inform me or sent a cancelation email just as the one I received when I reserved the rental. He advised me that one wasn't sent because it was after hours. My rebutal was that they opened prior to the time I was due to pick up the rental so they could have done it then. He then states they don't have a phone that works on Saturdays. This location is not ideal for an overall great customer experience, especially in a situation like mine.

I had an advance booking for a specific car. My reservation was prepaid, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they informed me that it wasn't available at the location. This ruined my entire weekend trip.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, IVE CALLED 5 TIMES AND ONLY ONCE SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ONCE. I WAITED OVER AN HOUR FOR THEM TO COME PICK ME UP AND I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR AN UBER TO GET A RIDE OVER THERE .... AND STILL WAITED IN PERSON FOR OVER 40 MINUTES I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND. THE PHONES WERE RINGING AND THEY WERE ALL IGNORED, NO BODY WAS HELPING ME AND THE OTHER CUSTOMER THERE ONE WAS LAUGHING ON HER CELL PHONE NOT EVEN WORKING, THIS PLACE IS NOT BUSY AND THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE OPEN, THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN NO POINT IN HERTZ WASTING MONEY ON THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTLY ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR YEARS, IM MAKING THIS NOW BECAUSE I WANT A REFUND FOR MY UBER AND ME BEING OVER 2 HOURS LATE FOR MY JOB THAT I ENJOY AND THAT I WORK HARD AT UNLIKE HERTZ. ILL BE WAITING FOR SOME ONE TO REPLY TO THIS. IF THAT EVEN HAPPENS.

Aquioa was exceptional. She went above and beyond to find me a car to get in and I appreciate her patience . She went out of her way to meet my needs. She needs some type of recognition for her competency and I recommend this Hertz to any one simply because of the custom service
