I want to start by saying I have never stepped foot into this store and I have never shopped there before, but my experience has lead me to not want to ever support this business due to the rudeness of the employees there. Last night there were fire trucks and police cars blocking off the street, I went across the street to ask what was going on because I work across the street and wanted to make sure me as well as my place of work would be safe. Upon asking "Excuse me, do you know what is going on" to the three ladies standing out front, I was met with a rude and disgusted look from one lady who didn't even respond to me. Then another lady answered in a rude tone, "Its a problem" and when I asked if everyone was okay, I was given rude and disgusted looks from all three ladies. Normally this would not be a big deal, but the attitudes given from these ladies as well as a feeling of disrespect made me no longer want to ever support them. Later in that night I found out that one of the women were Heather, the owner, which made me even more annoyed by this experience. Might be something small, but the whole situation didn't sit right with me.

Heather Allen has been spamming me for 2months about her "free service", getting abusive almost immediately upon learning I was not interested. She has sent me texts, emails, photos, an unsolicited and unwanted video, called me several times and set up a zoom conference even after me saying no at least 5times on the phone conversation we had. She left a review on my page dishonestly stating I was extremely rude and extorting potential customers not to contact my business. All interactions with her have been a bit over the top, only getting worse each time and her behavior getting more and more abusive, finally culminating in her actually shrieking "do you know who I am?!" embarrassingly and providing her private medical history as an excuse for her behavior. I would never trust this woman anywhere near me, any children or animals, or anyone at lal. She is a pure nutcase who simply cannot take no for an answer no matter how gently she hears it. Avoid at all costs.Her review on my page has been reported for harassment.

Never shop here. Owners believe they are high and mighty. Too many rules are set on their employees including wearing a mask for 8 hrs when the CDC doesn't require it it. Oh and they don't like any of the other shops in downtown either. I would take my business elsewhere away from this so called overpriced boutique that doesn't offer very much of anything.

Great shop with unique gifts, jewelry and art. The owners are always so warm and friendly. Came in to get a gift today, they even offered to gift wrap it for me, and it looked so nice! Thank you

Be careful when you walk around this business. I casually mentioned that their store hours were listed wrongly (they open at 10:30, not 10:00) and the clerk, in front of another customer, bit my head off. It's probably still rolling around on the floor. I thought they might be interested in knowing the disconnect, but apparently not.

Cute shop! Great unique gifts. Service is exceptional. They decorated our bag with tissue paper and ribbon (and another generic bag without us asking). This is the kind of service you look for. More importantly this is why you shop local. Wean't wait to go back!!

Although I didn't buy anything, I did enjoy walking around and looking at the unique merchandise. The staff was very welcoming and appreciative. I like that type of service. I will go back.
