I’ve never been to a hair cuttery that doesn’t accept walk ins for just simple hair cuts. There were 3 stylist and I was told there was no availability, not even for one hair cut.

I had a horrible experience. Sung, after insisting for months that I needed highlights to blend my grey, did a horrible job. The bleach was put on heavily at my roots/crown and bled into spots it wasn't intended. It was incredibly brassy after being promised it would be light brown highlights, not brassy yellow like I got. I paid $203 plus tip.
I asked her to cut my hair the way I always wear it, (which is a bob) and she said she liked my hair longer since it has grown out and I shouldn't cut it, so she trimmed it instead against my wishes of wanting it shorter.
I had to go out of town the day following my hair appointment, so I called to get it fixed as soon as I returned. I wore hats in the meantime to cover the mess she caused.
I had an appointment with the "manager" Audury, who asked what my issues were with my hair (right in front of Sung), and I thought she was going to fix it without an issue. You know, smile back guarantee and all! The "manager" cut my hair kind of like I wanted and added a few foils to make the crown look "better." Instead of fixing it for FREE, THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER $107!!!!!!!! TO FIX POOR HIGHLIGHTS THEY DID! When I brought up the fact that it was a redo, I was told I had to pay for the haircut, AGAIN!! A grand total of $283 wasted at Hair cuttery in 2 weeks, and my hair still doesn't look good!! She didn't even cover up the worst spots. Needless to say, no one in my family will return!!! What a joke! Save your hard earned money. Go somewhere else.
**UPDATE: I emailed HC Corporate and told them I would like to speak to a manager at the branch and a full refund. I told them I'd kindly update my review if they made things right. The manager, Stephanie, emailed me to let me know that a partial refund was issued. There was no apology, just that one line email, and my complaints were never truly heard. I had photos I gladly would've shared with them. I have not received any further communication from Hair Cuttery and my review stands.

stylist did not listen to a single thing i said, cut my hair way shorter than i told her, and chopped my front pieces in a straight line and did not blend them into my hair at all. literally looks like a bob in the front, also just cut my hair in a straight line and did not blend. i look absolutely ridiculous because the stylist would not listen. also just an unfriendly environment, no one was speaking and the stylist barely asked a single question about my hair. it’s also incredibly uneven

Esmeralda and another young lady gave my son and I haircuts. This was my son's very first cut since he was VERY little (traumatizing experience) as I have always cut his hair. It was amazing! The young lady that cut my sons hair took the time to get to know him and asked him questions to keep his mind off the cut. It was an overall great experience and I would go to this Hair Cuttery over others in the area.

I went for a wash and set, I call and ask to they roller set and they said yes, The lady was struggling trying to roll my hair it took her over 45minutes

It depends on who the stylist is. Some are pleasant & there are those who just lack customer relations & focus more on laying down the rules when it comes to hair coloring; Rather than finding the best approach to what the customer is looking for and sounding positive about it. I've gotten mixed vibes over the years... So I tend to go with the right match (stylist) personality as mine. Plus I have another salon I go to that's not Haircuttery.

I have been using this location for a while. I don't go as often as I should be when I do - this is the place I will always use. I book online and have never had to wait. Great service!

I am new to the area and had my first hair cut at the Hair Cuttery in Cosner's Corner. Esmeralda was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted, and she delivered a perfect cut. I plan to return!

Easily the worst haircut I have ever received, and all I got was a simple buzzcut. The woman didn’t clean any of her equipment after cutting the hair of the person before me. Her clippers needed to be oiled which she commented on as she began cutting my hair. I offered to let her do that real quick since it wouldn’t pull my hair and she said she would just do it after. She then buzzed my hair incredibly unevenly, and instead of taking the criticism when it was pointed out that she missed a few spots, she insisted that my hair was causing shadows (I literally had a conehead). To top it all off, she didn’t trim around my ears. She claimed to be a perfectionist… more like prefectionless. I don’t recommend anyone go to this location.

I walked in first thing in the morning around 9 am and there was absolutely NOBODY in the salon except for the two "stylists"! I was told immediately upon entering the salon that they would not be able to service me until after 11 due to other clients "coming in" soon? This is horrible unprofessional customer service! This is not how you treat walk-in customers. I could not believe what I was being told. The salon was totally empty. To cut my hair would have been 15 minutes MAX! The stylists, nonchalant I don't care, attitude was not taken well by this, NEVER will be a, customer.
