Shanen gave me THE BEST haircut I have ever gotten, that's not an exaggeration! I explained what I was going for with my hair goal and she definitely understood the assignment! She will be my only hairdresser from now on!

The experience we had with Dominique was hands down the best! She was funny, kind, respectful of our wishes for my daughters hair. She explained the process to us how the color works for highlighting her as a first timer. Was respectful of pricing as well as budget! FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE! Will absolutely be booking another appointment with her. Run dont walk to get your appointment with her!

I was at first annoyed because I showed up early to my appointment and waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before anyone helped me. Watching other stylists going into the back and walk around the salon and not step up to assist was disappointing. When I finally got into a chair, for just a haircut, Laura took her time and did a wonderful job. She talked to me and made me feel pampered. I really appreciated that and it turned the appointment around for me. Thank you Laura!

took 45 minutes after our appointment to even get us seated. two workers free and still didn’t help us for a basic trim.

While waiting for my wife to get her hair cut i asked about price on getting my own hair cut.
When my wife was finished my wifes hair specialist said she can cut my hair right now.
So i took her up on it because im aabout to go on my music tour .
Very friendly personel ! Well worth your time.

i went there to get a trim and blowout so she can straighten it she cut my hair uneven and half blowed out my hair. i sat there for a hour while she was working on someone else and my hair wasn’t how it was supposed to look. i wil not be coming back here ever again.

I have long, thick hair and Kendra gives the best curly blowout I've ever had! Styling lasts me a week. Good value for the cost. Salon is clean but lacks any kind of ambiance or frills.

I will not return to this place, what a disappointment and apart from that I sent an email to customer service and they have not contacted me, I do not recommend this place at all, I was there last week and they sheared my hair when it was at my waist and put it up to my shoulders, I have evidence of the terrible job they did, my hair is completely disproportionate and shapeless, Don't you work with highly qualified personnel to do these types of procedures? what a deception. because they are always apologizing but they do nothing to correct our appearance, maybe it doesn't matter, as they say, then your hair grows disproportionately, then what is the service they offer, they only charge so that a client is not satisfied and therefore no returns. That's not good customer service.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Boyfriend went in for a simple hair cut and this lady tugged and pulled on his head as if she was mad. Unpleasant experience. Sarcastic worker. And I would not recommend any men wanting something pain free experience or kids to go. My boyfriend head was red all over from the hair pulling she was doing even with the guards on. There was more all over even long trails where the guards pulled his hair along
