2x this year I came home with an uneven haircut- 2 different stylists. Scolded me like a child because she had to shampoo my hair because I wore it in a ponytail and it was not straight.. um I'm paying for a shampoo too!! Then my hair was shampooed very roughly in ice cold water, with a nasty chemical shampoo I think it's because I have a very dry scalp, always have... (Treated by a dermatologist for it) I had an allergic reaction to the shampoo which made the dryness worse. The stylist didn't ask about it just assumed maybe I had lice? Which I don't and have never had...Took 4 shampoos at home to get the chemical smell out and to get the reaction to calm down. Will not return here.

this review is loooong overdue. last year, the salon manager at ulta purposely butchered my hair (she was my coworker, also never get your hair cut there period) and gave me a hair shaft disorder at the same time my water stopped being useable from calcium.
i came in with ratty, sticky, tangled, calcified hair and and tracy stepped in and became my literal angel this whole entire year. no one would look at my hair besides tracy, "it's just curly", "youre just crazy", and even if at points if she didnt fully believe what i said, shes never made me feel stupid or crazy.
i live 2 minutes from the town and country location and drive here every time instead for tracey or the other stylists. even just because my social anxiety is so bad and the other location tends to not be as nice. all the girls are great but i see tracy only generally. she is the sweetest, most friendly person to anyone she meets, shes hilarious, and she will never make you feel bad about yourself, in addition to obviously being very skilled and smart.
tracy picked up quickly methods of how to take care of my tangled scalp hair and which products to avoid/use and always takes the time to comb my hair as us curly girls have to. and if youre worried about a curly cut from someone w/straight hair like a lot of curly girls, dont fear because tracys done my hair the best anyone has. she should get paid a lot more than she does and i wish i was rich not poor so i could tip her the big amounts she deserves. she puts up with so much crap with my messed up hair and leaves specific notes for other stylists when she can't do my hair so it doesnt tangle more.
i cannot express in any way how grateful i am tracy exists and puts up with me and my crazy hair, especially for so long. thank you so much tracy and all the girls for taking me in and trying to help in any way they can.

Ashley is so great! She is very skilled and I highly recommend her! She cuts my hair and my young adult kids' hair. She always does a wonderful job. We never have to worry when she styles our hair, she is a pro!

I will not return to this place, what a disappointment and apart from that I sent an email to customer service and they have not contacted me, I do not recommend this place at all, I was there last week and they sheared my hair when it was at my waist and put it up to my shoulders, I have evidence of the terrible job they did, my hair is completely disproportionate and shapeless, Don't you work with highly qualified personnel to do these types of procedures? what a deception. because they are always apologizing but they do nothing to correct our appearance, maybe it doesn't matter, as they say, then your hair grows disproportionately, then what is the service they offer, they only charge so that a client is not satisfied and therefore no returns. That's not good customer service.
