The customer service just depends on the day on whether it’s good or not. Their clothes have become so basic and boring overtime. It isn’t worth the money to buy the product or the time to even walk into the store and look around anymore.

Clean store. Usually good experience shopping there. Lots if items do have things stolen from them but they discount it because of that(jewelry). Good prices and staff aren't in your way at all.

Generally a good experience. Recently i have noticed that it can be hard to find some sizes in the store, which while they have a bigger selection online, can make things tricky (there are some things i want to try on before i order.) The clothes are usually cute and prices tend to be reasonable.

The quality of H&M’s clothing have went down over the years. They’ve, for the most part always had reasonable prices. The problem that I have now is, they feel and fit cheap.
