Penny Traber was simply amazing as our agent! She did outstanding work in guiding us through the process of selling our home. When contingencies came up, she was unperturbed and her expertise and experience was pivotal in helping us work through them. The buyer's agent was also highly complimentary of Penny and how easy it was to work with her. She knows her business and works very hard to provide excellent service.
We've known Penny and Greg for a long time and value them first as friends and are so grateful for all they did for us during our home sale. My wife and I will gladly recommend her and the Traber Homes Real Estate Group to anyone!

This was my first time selling a home and working with Macy and her Mother Penny was an absolute dream ! We had a very short time frame and we managed to sell and close in under a month. They were available all hours and they really made us feel like part of their family. They really are some of the most professional and hard working people I have met. I can't say thank you enough for all the work they did!

We went into the home selling experience not just with amazing realtors, but amazing realtors who were also friends. Penny and Greg introduced the journey with clear conversation, giving us what we needed to start with. Penny went above and beyond as the process took off and she was there with smiles and hugs when everything was done. Her confidence, experience, eye for detail, and amazing professionalism blessed us with a success story. Penny, Macy, and the whole Traber family were an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I recently worked with them to purchase our home and they were so attentive, informative, and overall helpful throughout the entire experience. They really make you feel as though you are their first priority, and they work hard to get you the exact home you want. I would recommend them to anyone!

Penny was an incredible realtor to work with, especially as a first-time home seller. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process and even after the sale closed, when I had lingering questions. She was easy to get in touch with and provided excellent service from start to finish. I couldn't recommend her enough to help buy or sell a home!!

Penny is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond expectations to assist me in the sale of my home. She provided great advice for prepping and staging, and made the whole process a breeze. She was excellent at communicating with me while I was out of town, and excellent working with prospective buyers realtors. Definitely recommend Penny to anyone looking for a realtor.

Update 2024… another seamless transaction working with Penny this past spring. Penny guided us with what was necessary to make sure our home was ready for market. The promotional effort while we prepared to bring it to market was phenomenal. We received multiple offers in our first weekend and went to closing within two weeks. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

EVERYBODY should work with Penny Black Traber if you are buying or selling. She sold our townhouse in 3 days and handled every unexpected twist along the way! The process was smooth, and Penny made the entire experience an amazing one!
