I stopped coming to this location 2 years ago but popped in today. Everything I was interested in was way over priced or damaged. It seems as though most goodwill locations want to sell anything of value online and push the garbage to the public. IMO most locations are a waste of time to go into these days. I’d rather go to yard sales n church sales where deals are to be had.

Very clean and well organized. Everything was color coordinated. Staff were very friendly and prices were extremely reasonable.

Rude to staff, hr doesnt care, and they dont actually care about peoples mental wellbeing like they claim, they steal your money and are just inconsiderate to people

You have upped your prices so much that no one can afford anything. People donate so those who can't afford will have a chance to have nice things. Last year a used Coach purse was 10.00 and today they run from 60.00 to 100.00. That is not a price for the less fortunate. That is not giving people a chance to have nice things. I will not be donating to Goodwill again.

RACIAL PROFILING!!!!!!! I'm not gonna give it any stars but I have to ..I went here 06/16/2023 I saw a pair of pants on display I took it off I forgot my card so I had my little brother and sister to hold them while o grabbed it. I came back in the store and the whole store as saying that black lady stole the pants I can't find them talking bout I'm broke that I had to steal the pants. Basically I was like oh these pants they didn't apologize the pants were half off original price $6.99 they sold me the pants for $9.00 I left and cried all the way home and I don't even wanna wear the pants even though I been trying to get these for a really really long time and I finally found them so now they just sit in my closet waiting for somebody in need that needs clothes I will never ever go back do to me being black . I actually went back to give the store one more chance and of course they let me down I took my autistic son to find a sensory toy and I had a backpack on with his pampers and juice and they followed me around the whole store I do not recommend this place if you are a black family

They really price gauging everything in this store, know that they got their items for free but they were greedy to mark up everything.

The drop off at the front of the store is a PIA. Your dealing with shopper traffic while trying to unload. We even had a shopper stop and look through the stuff we were unloading and asked if they could have a desk lamp we were getting rid of. For most of us with the current tax laws you don't need to get a receipt anymore because you don't itemize so no need for us to speak to anyone. We went inside the store to look around this last trip and I was amazed at the pricing on these donated goods. I should have given the gal the lamp.

When you are charging $20 for a used Hot Wheels set, I expect it to have at least some of the pieces required to make it work. $20 is a lot for a completely non-functioning toy, it didn't have the cars that come with the set, it didn't have any connectors that went with the set It didn't have one of the three main pieces that the track connects to. It was just a bunch of pieces of unconnectable track. This is the third time I've purchased something for $20 or more there where it's just completely not functional.

Use to shop here for years , but the prices now are absolutely asinine , the shoes especially use to be 6.50$ then 7.99 and now most are 25$ and up. Even cheap sandals are 15-18$ lol. I will say the stores have much more inventory but thats only because no one is paying the crazy prices.

Store is hit or miss with pricing. One day prices are reasonable, next day coffee mugs are $7 - $9 instead of the typical $1 - $2 range.Staff are friendly but seem confused by the pricing too. Nobody can explain why a used Starbucks mug is $8.21 I get the feeling somebody looks up similar items on eBay and prices the Goodwill items to match. An odd strategy when the GW items are clearly used and the eBay equivalents are sold new with tags, or in a box.Shoes at this store seem to always be expensive no matter their condition. Merrel Mocks are $70 new but this store prices them at $35 when half the tread is worn away. I guess the thought is 50% of the shoe might be left? May as well buy new shoes at that rate.

We used to like this place.....now prices are higher, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES! Will still go there but on a very limited basis!
