I was in the plank road Giant in Fredericksbur. I could not find what I needed. one employee told me they didn't know where it was but Mathew was working in the produce department and I asked him. he told me where to find it, as I walked to the location he came up and told me he was wrong he would take me to it. which he did but what I wanted was in the refill top shelf to be restocke. he went for a step stool and gave me my produc. i haven't had service like that in a store for years. Thank you Giant, you need to hire more employees like Mathew.

Fine for gas, no inside area (bathrooms, etc) so sometimes to keep in mind depending on what you are looking for in a gas station.

I have only shopped at this Giant a few times but yesterday morning I went there shortly after morning opening and was amazed at the level of customer service. I find often that people aren't as friendly in the morning but I had 2 separate employees greet me and ask if I needed any help (I am sure I appeared lost as it's a little different than my normal location). You could tell they wanted to help as opposed to being told to as part of their job. The energy was genuine!

im going to the top on this one.. i was robbed today at this gas station i payed in change... I placed my change in the slot, the woman don't know her name she was Arab or something like that... i counted the change out the day prior and was well over 10$ in quarters.. first she asked me if i had counted the change out.. i told her no i did not... she puts 9.75$ on my pump..... I was on pump 6.I already new she robbed me.she gave me a really dirty stare through the window as i was looking at her with the i know you just stole from me stare,O_O,...... needless to say i will never get gas a your pumps ever again until this thief is letgo, i showed up at your pumps at 9.30ish am.. if you go over the camera footage you WILL see her pocking change.I was driving a eclipse gt

I have to say I pretty much NEVER shop here. However, I came in for shrimp and this is my new go-to place to buy shrimp. The price is reasonable and they are already deveined (huge bonus). The wait at the seafood counter was reasonable. Giant also tends to carry some of the items that might be hard to find at other grocery stores.

Huge gas station that is usually busy. It's nice to get the discount from using the Giant points earned while shopping. We've gotten $.40 off per gallon once. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. We will return.

Terrible customer service and they sell moldy unsafe food!!! I bought sliced cheese today, just to come home and find it had mold on it. First off, I guess no one is monitoring the food quality that's on their shelves. Additionally, when I called the store, they said I had to bring back the product with the receipt. So now I have to waste my own time and gas because of their incompetence and lack of safety protocol. How about you have an email system that allows a customer to send a picture of their receipt and product as proof so they don't have to waste their time and energy returning nasty moldy food. Stay far away from this safety hazard!!!!

I do not shop in this store very often since Giant was sold to Food Lion. To my surprise yesterday on certain products there is an extra label that states "Hispanic Owned Company" Is there any reason why that has to be on products? If I like a product I buy it no matter who owns the company. What you should be listing on labels in big bold letters is MADE IN CHINA or MADE IN THE USA. I also noticed on the entrance doors LGBTQ friendly. Why? Shouldn't you be friendly to all who enter your doors. Are we as a Nation going back to segregation? I thought we were well pass this in our Nation. Shame on you for putting up these labels. I would send my complaint to your corporate office but they dont have an email address listed.

I went in Giant on Christmas Eve and it was jammed with people many of whom were not wearing masks. It always amazes me to see people in there with NO mask and employees with their noses uncovered. Something should be done.

Good incentive to shop for groceries here at Giant. The gas points add up fast. Most weeks we receive 60 to 80 cent ea. Gal. I wish all Giant stores had gas pumps available We have 2 Giant s closest to our home.,neither. has gas pumps

I was in Giant today Everybody very nice and friendly My question is why are you not cleaning carts and checking people for wearing masks I would like to know why the other set of doors are not open The ones near the pharmacy since you are not restricting how many people can come in

I have been buying lots of fruits and vegetables during this covid virus. I bought green grapes, peaches, bananas and apples. The fruit was so AWFUL, I threw it all out except for the apples. The grapes were so un-ripened they tasted like limes. Eventhough the bananas were yellow on the outside, they were green on the inside and tasteless. Nothing had been left to ripen on its own to maturity. I kept the apples because they were more ripe than the others, but completely tasteless. I cut up the peaches for breakfast, but within days the rest were competely rotten. I wasted a lot of money buying fruit at Giant.

Just called giant and really the worst customer service ever. I spoke to 3 people to find out if the store has as Harissa SAUCE!! I know I now live in backyard bubba f*** town but damn get some cultural influences or basic knowledge of other things than spitting in can and driving a Ford truck. So this idiot comes to the phone and ask what is that so I explain to him and he repeated I've never heard of it. Just because you never heard of it don't mean it don't exist. So he claim to go and find it and comes back less than 30 second and say Bro what type of sauce is it? what do it go on Bro? So he puts the phone down and I hear his conversation with someone else. He comes back and say we don't have it bro and hangs up. One thing I learned about moving to the south is that bad customer service don't having consequences and it's the norm because they don't have anyone doing any quality control assurance and or out/in customer service audit. Floccinaucinihilipilification of a place to live. I decided to drive 22 minutes and go in the front door into the deli/bakery along with Hummus was the Cava Harissa right there....stupid is the new norm these days!
