I ordered a cake from the bakery for my friends 19th birthday. I asked for just a simple white cake with a red heart and the number 19 in the middle of heart. I showed up at the store at the time they said it would be done. It still wasn't ready. The lady was still icing the cake. Another lady gave me the cake and it was awful. It was extremely rushed and sloppy. Everything about the cake was awful. Not sure how you can have a bakery and hire people who cant ice a cake properly. Very negative experience. Never going back again.

this store is awful!the fish department reeks half way across the store.lots of expired items on the shelves, they redate the expired store brand milk it's kinda dirty and the right side doors have been closed for months? this has to be breaking fire codes? I don't feel safe shopping here anymore.I think they closed off the doors to try and reduce shrinkage from the unpaid customer labor at self checkout, why not just hire more employees instead of just the just one?

Very Nice people that work there but this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with them shorting me 1 of my pills,when I called to tell them that the count was incorrect the lady was VERY rude & said I must have dropped it somewhere. I guess from now on I'm going to have to sit there & count every single pill in front of them.

After going through the drive thru and the lady stated my RX was not ready to give them 1 hour. I decided to run errands and come back and go inside. I spoke with a lady named Brenda who was very rude and lacked compassion. She needs to work on her people skills.

I went to this White Oak Giant for the first time one Sunday. How nice that there is a Giant in Stafford! Upon my entry to the store, there was a cart full of health food marked "clearance." There were sea-salt quinoa chips; bottles of Brambleberry Tazo tea; Late July organic saltine crackers; and gluten-free penne pasta, pizza crust mix, and pancake mix. I horded these and moved on. I filled out my small cart with an array of beans, red lentils, split peas, and kale. This is a nice place to go if you are on a diet. While waiting for my next stop, I chatted with my Belman sedan driver, Megan, about the COVID pandemic (it seems like bioterrorism, but maybe not), female rape in male Japanese prisons (cell-block ratio 1:18), and illegal organ harvesting of Chinese prisoners. All of this and more can be found in one of my favorite newspapers, The Epoch Times. I used to pick it up at Dunn Loring Metro in Vienna. Last summer, I found a stack at the Exxon station on Glenside Drive in Richmond. Neat! This is a nice shopping center in a pleasant suburb.
