Good sales. App with digital coupons. Always good fruits and veggies. Regular prices a little high. Disappointed today, wouldn't give rain check on item that just went on sale. Was fine and dandy.

Major changes happening in this store due to increased market competition. A new look is coming. In the meantime, prepare to walk more to find what you want as everything has been moved. There is now a wider selection of foods and products planned.

The store is always clean and has a very fair selection of food. Niche groceries might not be there, but they have actually surprised me. Customer service is great. They aren't the lowest price in town, but they certainly aren't the highest.

Usually well-stocked and helpful staff (although a few cashiers have been clueless). Prices in this store are often higher than Martins in Culpeper for the same Nature Promise and other natural items. The dedicated organic/natural/etc. aisle is nice.2024 update - this location quality and cleanliness had really tanked. March 2024 finds them in the middle of a huge store reset. While things are pretty chaotic during this undertaking, I hoping that it perks things up.

Stopped in to grab a bag of Taki’s real quick for my son. Pretty basic grab and go for a grocery store. Easy to find products and cashiers up front.

Get my shots at the pharmacy. Some confusion between NX and DX on when pharmacy opens (0900) and when shots start (1000), but nice people, just need to get on the same sheet of music.

I was blown away by the incredible courtesy and kindness of my cashier Katherine! The other gal had already turned off her light, but didn't turn us away--yet Katherine came up and helped us with the utmost respect. We left quickly as well as thankful for such a remarkable experience! It's the "little things" that make a huge difference.

Usually love this store but have had poor experiences with the customer service at this location. The power went out while I was checking out and no one was prepared.Additionally, today my cashier scolded me and kept going on and on about me asking if she could break a bigger bill. She basically stated she hated that question that because you never know people’s intentions- like ok girl im not trying to rob you im trying to save you the trouble ? I was trying to pay and get out as quickly as I could but she would not stop and I did not say a single word. I should’ve gone through self checkout this time.

Congested at times, especially near the checkout areas. Self checkout is awkward, both in the physical layout and the register computer.I have not tried the U-scan (whatever it is called) system.Prices seem to be consistently higher than others, but the location makes it more convenient for me.The flowers and balloons are pretty nice but the produce selection and quality are lacking.

OK as far as functioning as a store that sells groceries, sure they do it.But compared to ANY other grocery store, these guys are not great.-Consistently high prices, more than Kroger, Food Lion and even Wegmans-AWFUL self checkout, takes about 10-15 mins every time. Always need store assistance for no reason at all every single time. Very nice person but give her a break?-The whole grocery dept is fishy smelling Somehow the fish smell is much more widespread than other stores, not sure why, but makes my mind wonder about how they store their seafood...update, got the generic response per below. This is why you pay a lot for a little these days.Got their social media team fixing the problems I described. So, in the end, nothing gets fixed. Good job all around! You guys will be another Kroger or Publix in no time

I went to pick up a prescription was told it would be 15 minutes, I come back in 15 minutes and was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes, now they have 3 technicians and a pharmacist. Why does it take so long? The thing that upsets me the most is that I was originally told 15 minutes. If it's gonna take 30 to 40 minutes, they need to advise the customer up front. Poor customer service skills by the technicians and the pharmacist.

I was in the plank road Giant in Fredericksbur. I could not find what I needed. one employee told me they didn't know where it was but Mathew was working in the produce department and I asked him. he told me where to find it, as I walked to the location he came up and told me he was wrong he would take me to it. which he did but what I wanted was in the refill top shelf to be restocke. he went for a step stool and gave me my produc. i haven't had service like that in a store for years. Thank you Giant, you need to hire more employees like Mathew.

There is hardly ever anyone at the seafood counter. I ALWAYS have to go ask for someone to help and then it takes 20 minutes for someone to saunter slowly to the back.most of the workers back there seem bothered when a customer needs help. They desperately need a bell and a better way to staff the department. I literally am going to start going to the other location bc this is ridiculous
