They have a pretty poor return policy. I purchased 3 sonic toys for my daughter. They were still in box and bag I purchased them in with recept. Bought Oct 29th and attempted to return today 12/06. I am also a pro member and was turned away. The same toys were still on the wall for sale. They wouldn't even give me store credit which would have been fine. This is exactly why I don't shop at gamestop anymore.

Went in to buy a wireless Xbox headset, was sold a headset that was only wireless for PS5 and PC, the exchange was quick an easy. Overall good experience just unfortunate I was given incorrect information, had that not happened I def would've given 5 stars ?

Went on 1/3/23. Came in with $560 to buy the PS5 with bundle. They said they sell a game stop warranty for $70. I asked about the warranty from Sony it comes with. She said there isn’t one. I googled Sonys warranty information and told her they do have a one year factory warranty. She said ok and it’s for a year and isn't as good as theirs. Made it sound like no use buying it without their store warranty. I left and ordered it from Amazon for the same price but the warranty Amazon offered was cheaper. If I owned a store I’d be furious a sale was lost over pressing their own product to the point I’d walk.

Friendly staff. My only complaint is they had 2 games on display that they ended up not having. Other than that, the purple who work here seem nice and honest. By contrast, the other location in the mall apparently does some shady stuff with the funko pops. I've heard that if you preorder here, you won't ever get an exclusive pop or glow in the dark version because the staff takes them and then tells you that the store didn't receive any. For those that don't know, when you preorder a funko pop, the company sends out a limited number of glow in the dark or rare variants.

No 1 is answering the phone!!! I Will b giving bad reviews on EVERY platform I can find!!!!I'm TRYING 2 switch an item as it was ordered twice..... Since you're site DOESN'T hv the ability 2 combine items, & listed the same 1 twice!!! Soo I'm having 2 go through GARBAGE, cause no 1 answers & I'm on hold, & there NO ONLINE CHAT.... it your systems DON'T even recognize my order number!!! Soo I KNOW in the future not 2 deal wit game stop!!!

My favorite GameStop in town! The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I visit this store literally once a week because I enjoy the experience, and not just the amazing product. It’s worth it to go a lil further down rt3 to visit this store.

The customer service staff was great (forgot the name of the girl) very helpful and respectful. Helped with a Digimon Survive return better than I expected.

Store shelves getting a bit sparse. Still the only place for used console equipment. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.
