If you are in search for an agent who will look out for your best interests during the sales process, DO NOT hire Tom Smith. As a seller, I literally thought he was representing the buyer, certainly not us. He was only concerned about "closing the deal", because he told me this right out of his mouth. He never offered any advice, guidance, help...nothing! Do yourself a favor, hire someone else.
