This place is great. Both our pups have great time and are always happy to be there. The staff is friendly and the additional services (bath, nail trim) are a great option.

First time at this location. Furbaby is a regular at Richmond and the care for him here for overnight was great and seamless given he is in the network already.
This location is tucked away but is newer it appears and the staff is great just like in Richmond.

I love the staff! My rescue dog was anxious and apprehensive around other dogs and unfamiliar people but with the time and attention she's received from their compassionate staff she's transformed into a happy outgoing dog.
