We’re from out of town visiting my parents. Every time we visit, we stop in to Fitness 1440. They offer GREAT pop in deals for out of town clients! The staff is SUPER friendly. They have ALL the equipment you could ever want, and the whole place is clean and well organized. I only gave them 5 stars because 6 stars wasn’t an option. HIGHLY recommended!!!

I am fairly new to this whole weight lifting world, and Fitness 1440 is my first gym. From the wonderfully kind and respectful front desk staff to the very experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers, the whole atmosphere that this gym provides is one that exudes positivity and acceptance! Every visit of mine has been pleasant and especially efficient with their wide array of machines for any exercise or workout you may have planned.While the gym can be VERY busy at times, it is well kept and always stocked so there’s never any inconvenience for us. The staff and management never seems to disappoint me, they’re consistently quick with resolving issues and help find ways to prevent future problems from ever occurring.Overall, I highly recommend Fitness 1440 to anyone who’d like a gym to begin or continue their fitness journey.Go Fitness 1440 and it’s crew!

This gym is very nice, clean, and the people are very nice and welcoming. The employees are very nice and though they look big and scary they’re the nicest people to have staffed, it’s very affordable I love the additions and I can’t wait to see what else gets added. Though as a woman, I wish they had a hip thrust machine ;( cuz getting the bar and setting up could be lest stressing if we had a machine! Still love and continue to go here

By far one of the best experiences I have had at a gym in a long time! The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment. The staff is kind and always willing to answer questions. Would definitely recommend trying this gym out!!

Oscar is amazing very attentive! I like how the location is convenient, very close to other establishments. The gym isn’t intimidating and has everything you need for a great workout definitely 10/10!

We visited this gym today and had a great experience. There is a variety of equipment to suit your needs. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend trying this place!

Oscar always provides an amazing and welcoming experience , willingness to listen to members concerns and suggestions . Also shows a commitment to improving the gym culture and additions of new gym equipment for one’s fitness journey .The gym is clean and is 24-hour accessible which is definitely a bonus. I’m looking forward to more positive changes in the future!

The best kept secret on 17! Under new management, this place has seen a surge of life! the constant improvements, accountability and culture is the best! Been coming here for 8 years and this is the best it’s been. Oscar has been nothing short of amazing, Talley is a wonderful trainer and Alec has constantly proven himself time and time again. The facility is clean and the change of equipment, good or bad, has been a huge part of change. The 24 hour accessibility will always be a plus and to be greeted by warm smiles and clean equipment makes me never wanna leave. My home away from home!

I’ve been in and out of gyms for a couple years- until I came to fitness 1440 in Fredericksburg! Oscar, Alec, and all of the other wonderful faces I see everyday make me so excited to walk through the door consistently! It’s not at all intimidating, and staff and strangers alike are always willing to help, which is amazing for a newbie like me!! There is truly something here for everyone, from the stellar, clean equipment to energetic group fitness classes! Join and you won’t regret it!!

I’ve been going to this gym for years and I love it, it’s very clean. The staff is some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. (Oscar is the best) And the machines are amazing!

I love going to fitness 1440! I expressly love workingout with Alec he is a great Trainer! He has so much knowledge and makes the atmosphere and experience pleasant. He goes out of his way to make sure his clients are getting all the help they need to start their fitness journey! Also, make sure his clients meet their fitness goals with no failure.

Whether you’re looking to stay in shape or build strength this is the gym best for any fitness goals. I’ve been going to Fitness 1440 since 2019 and I’ve seen a lot of changes in the gym. Recently it’s come under new management and this change is definitely for the better. New equipment is being brought to the gym amongst other upgrades. The staff and trainers at the gym are so personable and helpful. I used to attend the group classes, but due to scheduling conflicts I can’t anymore but I highly enjoyed these as well. There’s no exercise you can’t do at the gym. With it being open 24 hours it’s so helpful for my schedule especially on the weekends. The membership fee is so reasonable for everything you get through this gym!

Great experience, coming to this gym has started my gym journey and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff is amazing and super supportive! (Especially Liana:) Never feel judged or unsafe here and there’s always a good vibe whenever I walk in. Would definitely recommend this gym to everybody! You never feel overwhelmed with too many people and everyone is super friendly! Love the 1440 fam:)
