When I go here for my workouts i usually see Jake and he always seems to greets me no matter what and keeps this place nice and clean for everyone and I appreciate that ✌🏼

This new batch of equipment they got is amazing. Pendulum squat, fancy chest fly, chest-supported row, and bicep curl all plate loaded machines to name a few. Shows that they care about improving the quality of their facility and that’s what every member wants. Highly recommend this gym.
