We just built a custom home that that has Wolf kitchen appliances provided by Ferguson. When we moved in we could not use our range because they had installed the wrong type of oven, we have propane they installed a gas oven and range so we could not use our oven or range for a month. Then the high end refrigerator and freezer did not work correctly, now after 4 months the Wolf oven does not work properly. We notified them 3 days ago on 29 October and today on 1 Nov they finally got back with us stating they cannot get a technician to our house until 30 Nov, let alone fix this very expensive oven. So we will not be able to use our oven for Thanksgiving! Think twice before utilizing this company.
